La atención de todo el personal del hotel, los cuartos, los detalles de decoración de todo el hotel. La zona del restaurante para el desayuno de ensueño, el desayuno delicioso!!

Muy bonito, cerca a la plaza principal, pequeño como familiar.
El colchón estaba un poco duro, entonces no fue tan cómodo. No tenia aire acondicionado sino ventilador y prefiero el aire acondicionado, le falta una nevera mini bar.
Me encantó el hotel. Tiene muy buena ubicación, excelente servicio y excelentes instalaciones. Definitivamente volveremos.
El personal es super amable, atentos a los detalles. Los cocteles del bar estaban increibles, las habitaciones limpias y cómodas. El desayuno delicioso. Sin duda fue una estancia muy especial. El sr. William, el dueño, es muy amable y cercano. El trato del personal y cada experiencia vivida fue de primera. Nos fuimos muy contentos y agradecidos.

JR Boutique Hotel in Jardín is an absolute gem and easily the finest place to stay in Colombia’s coffee region (maybe in all of South America!). From the moment you arrive, it’s clear that this property is something special. The hotel is immaculate in every detail—brand new, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly welcoming. The aesthetic has a refined Italian countryside feel, almost like a boutique villa in Tuscany, yet it fits perfectly into the lush, green landscape of Jardín. It is also perfectly located just three blocks from the main square, close enough to walk anywhere in minutes but far enough away to feel peaceful and removed from the bustle of town.
What truly elevates the experience is the hospitality. The owner, William, is one of the kindest and most gracious hosts you will ever meet. He goes out of his way to make every guest feel personally welcomed and well taken care of. His English is perfect (if that matters for international travelers), which makes communication effortless, and his warmth and attentiveness set the tone for the entire stay.
The rooms are spectacular, with doors that open directly onto balconies overlooking the dramatic mountains of Colombia’s coffee country. Waking up to those sweeping views, the fresh mountain air, and the peaceful surroundings is unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, beauty, and exceptional hospitality, JR Boutique Hotel is truly top-tier. We were torn between two hotels when reviewing TripAdvisor, but when we arrived it was clear we made the right choice!

Los elementos para el aseo personal (jabones, champú, acondicionador y crema de manos) no van con la categoría boutique del hotel. Deben ser de mejor calidad.

Todo, el hotel está muy bien ubicado lejos del ruido pero como a 5 minutos de la plaza principal, es un hotel acogedor, el personal que te atiende es muy amable, las camas son muy cómodas y el desayuno muy completo y rico

El hotel es hermoso y muestra el empuje de la región y la pertenencia que tienen por la misma.
Desgraciadamente si no se prende el regulador de olores del baño, se siente el olor a la cañeria, normal de un pueblo en desarrollo.
