Good breakfast, and the pool area is nice although the pool is very small.

Cons:

The gym is in a deplorable state. It is very small but that is not the main issue. The machines are old and rusty and do not work and there are no weights one can use. It is pretty much useless.

The hotel room was smaller than expected and without closet, only a metal rod to hang clothes on. Definitely not in line with the price paid and the supposedly 4 stars.

El baño amplio y cómodo.

Cons:

La habitación estaba súper caliente cuando llegamos.
Tuvimos que pedir a recepción que lo solucionaran ellos, pues la domótica no funcionaba para el aire acondicionado. Tuvimos que sufrir el calor hasta que poco a poco se fue acondicionando.
Después salimos y cuando volvimos a la noche, la habitación de nuevo caliente y estaba llena de mosquitos, muchos.
Volvimos a recepción y nos dieron un enchufe insecticida. Un poco extraño porque las ventanas se habían quedado cerradas.
Digamos que no fue la experiencia más confortable para una habitación de más de 300 euros la noche.
La moqueta con manchas viejas, que da aspecto de poca limpieza.

HOTEL ENCANTANDOR
Cons:

Experiencia total. Hotel encantador. Muy tranquilo, Para descansar. Personal excepcional, agradecimiento a todo el personal del hotel, desde la recepción, limpieza, cocina y personal del comedor. La habitación totalmente nueva a estrenar (los armarios olían a madera) y domotizada al completo.

Lovely, boutique style hotel with fabulous gardens and outdoor terrace.. The staff were all very friendly and the rooms were well equipped. It's about an 8 min taxi ride into Santander centre and 5 min walk to El Sardinaro beach. Very good breakfast!
