Pros:

Le personnel sympathique et avenant.
Une chambre aux éclairages high-tech avec une bonne literie et une belle salle de bain.
Proche des plages et de la ville en vélo.
Séjour très agréable.

Cons:

Le seul reproche que j'aurais à faire c'est que le balcon était dans la salle de bain.
Du coup les toilettes à côté de la fenêtre un peu frustrant avec un rideau électrique un peu lent.
Un film occultant sur la vitre aurait été le bienvenu.

Hotel hintelässt bei mir einen zwiespältigen Eindruck
Pros:

Lage und Umgebung sind top, dh. nahe des grossen und belebten Strandes El Sardinero und in sehr angenehmem Quartier mit vielen Lokalen. Hotel ist auf Design getrimmt mit schöner Gartenanlage. Bei meiner Abreise vor der Frühstückszeit wurde auf meinen Wunsch ein reichhaltiges Pic Nic mitgegeben.

Cons:

- Toilettenbrille war nicht richtig festgeschraubt (unverständlich für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse).
- Frühstück wurde schon um 10:30, d.h. eine halbe Stunde zu früh abgeräumt, obwohl ich noch gar nicht fertig war. Ein No Go, was ich zum ersten Mal in einem Hotel erlebt habe. Frühstück war sonst von guter Qualität.
- Rezeption war zweimal unbesetzt als ich sie brauchte, ich musste warten, bis der Rezeptionist endlich wieder auftauchte.
- Zimmer für meinen Geschmack zu stark technisiert, d.h. ganze Beleuchtung und TV wurde über vielerlei Touch-Schalter und Präsenzmelder bedient, deren Funktion und Abhängigkeiten sogar für mich als Ingenieur nicht ganz durchschaubar war. Bspw. beim Eintreten ins Zimmer ging die ganze Beleuchtung und der TV automatisch an. Darauf kann ich gerne verzichten.

Rhin Garden is our preferred hotel of choice when we visit family in Santander - it is great!
Pros:

The breakfast was as we have come to expect - a delightfully presented range of fresh produce to suit different tastes. The staff are always really keen to help and make every effort possible to keep clients happy. Communication prior to arrival was brilliant - thanks to Narmin for that.

Cons:

I’m pleased to note that there will be the offer of a kettle available for use in rooms - only being able to make coffee is quite restrictive. We did log with two staff members the need for a repair to a loose toilet seat - each one said it would be mended - we left with it untouched - still loose! That was a shame and entirely unavoidable in my opinion. My message is manage expectations - if you promise action you should deliver!

Pros:

Hyggelig og dyktig betjening. Svært rent, ryddig og nytt hotell og rom. God frokost, fin bakhage med basseng og treningsrom. Noe gatestøy kveldstid. Parkering i gangavstand til hotellet.

Cons:

Svært lite. Kanskje noe gatestøy og manglende havsutsikt. Men det drukner i superlativer.
