Location is nice
Lady at the reception. Not a friendly person.
Nice location, close to the beach and bus station
I felt that it was very big difference between very good service or very bad service at the reception. I got really good help when I was sick and needed to go to a doctor. But, on two occasions I received very unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour. First time I was paying for the two nights I stayed, I asked in a nice way how much I was paying in euros and how much I would get in returned because I paid with a 100 euro bil. The lady got really upset and raised her voice multiple times. Without any reason, I reassured I just wanted to know how much that would be in euos, a currancy I understand.
The second time was when I asked where to find a atm, the lady at the counter rolled her eyes in annoyances and had was very reluctant to help or give assistance.
Something should be done for the average customer service to become goose and solid. Can't use lack of English skills a reason to be rude.
An excellent restaurant with superbly prepared fish. A nice, quiet spot. Good value for money. A little further from the center, but right on the beach. I ended up staying two extra nights :)

L'équipe de l'hôtel n'est pas sérieuse. Ils m'ont raconté une histoire à dormir debout, disant que ma réservation ne leur est pas parvenue et qu'ils me proposent en remplacement des chambres d'un standing supérieur à ma réservation avec un surcoût inacceptable.
Déçu par ce comportement, je ne les recommanderai pas.
Le personnel est hyper réactif. Accueillant et disponible. Au 2e jour, en rentrant on a découvert un gecko dans la chambre et en un rien de temps on a été changé de chambre. Et le petit déjeuner était super. Enfin il est bien situé, à proximité du centre ville et du grand marché et à 5 min à pied de la plage.
Les serviettes. Elles ne sont pas blanches.
Comfortable and very natural environment, the garden is very pretty and quiet, most of the staff is very friendly and helpful, except for a girl at reception who is bitter or so it seems or doesn't like foreigners and was not friendly at all (the only one with dyed blonde hair).

The big plus is the staff. All the women working behind the desk were wonderful and hospitable. Another big plus is that the hotel was willing to exchange my US dollars for local currency at a fair exchange rate. Also, the restaurant includes good local cuisine, although you have to notify a little bit in advance so that they purchase the ingredients at the market that day. We were not a big fan of Togo, but this hotel is a nice oasis in Lome.
Laundry service offered was very expensive (high per-piece charge), which seems to be typical in West Africa. The jacuzzi was not working, but we hadn't planned on using it anyway.

The room was very unclean, dust everywhere, it was a disaster for people with dust allergies, it felt like the staff didn't clean the room often or seriously. The room smelled very bad, especially the bathroom, the smell was disgusting. I think the staff didn't manage it well. I also want to say that there were too many mosquitoes in the room, some rooms had mosquito nets but the mosquito nets had holes, so many mosquitoes still got in, and the rooms without mosquito nets were even worse. The room was very small, there was no room for anything.
The sanitation of the room is very poor. There is a strong smell. The toilet is not clean. There is too much dust. The fan blows dust everywhere. There are many mosquitoes in the room. I paid the staff for the laundry service but they forgot about it.

The food and drinks in the restaurant were good and reasonably priced. The seating area in the garden was very relaxing. The WiFi was strong. There were good mosquito nets on the windows.
Right next to the beach and they have a restaurant/bar underneath.
