Good location.
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Aurore. The property felt more like a small resort, with a secure gated entrance that made me feel very safe. The reception staff were welcoming and allowed me to check in upon arrival. The location is excellent, close to the beach, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I rested well and had a very enjoyable stay. I would happily return.

Cons:

The pool was a bit smaller and less impressive than it appeared in the photos. Also, air conditioning was available at an additional cost rather than being included. However, the weather was pleasant during my stay, so this was not a major issue for me.

Pros:

Lage nahe vom Flughafen und nahe vom Strand. Ruhige Umgebung. Die Anlage ist hübsch gestaltet. Die Mitarbeiter waren nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Hellhörig. Die Klimaanlage ist aufs Bett gerichtet und die Temperatur war nicht einfach einzustellen, somit hat man entweder geschwitzt oder wurde direkt angeblast. Die Toilettenspülung hat mehrfach nicht richtig funktioniert, da man den Druckknopf leicht drehen musste, damit der Spülkasten wieder Wasser nachfüllte. Wenn man es mal herausgefunden hat, klappts.

L'emplacement était top, et le café agréable

Cons:

Le ventilateur faisait beaucoup de bruit et il y avait des moustiques dans la chambre. Je n’ai pas apprécié que le personnel ne prenne pas la peine de traiter la chambre contre les insectes et me remette simplement un insecticide pour que je le fasse moi-même. De plus, le personnel était peu accueillant.

L’hôtel est situé dans une ruelle difficilement accessible et non carrossable. Les explications concernant la localisation ne correspondent pas réellement à la réalité du terrain.

Par ailleurs, le paiement par carte bancaire n’est pas possible sur place. Pour effectuer un retrait, il faut même prévoir un déplacement payant avec le chauffeur de la navette.

Concernant les installations, plusieurs points laissent à désirer, notamment les robinets de la douche couverts de moisissures. La chambre est désodorisée devant les clients, ce qui donne une impression peu rassurante sur l’entretien général.

Enfin, le personnel passe beaucoup de temps à échanger dans sa langue entre eux, ce qui ne favorise pas vraiment un accueil professionnel et attentif envers les clients. Bref, l’expérience globale reste assez décevante.
