Καθαριότητα, άνεση και χαμόγελα
Pros:

Η διαμονή μας στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν εξαιρετική! Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό, εξυπηρετικό και πάντα με χαμόγελο. Τα δωμάτια ήταν καθαρά, άνετα και με όμορφη θέα. Το πρωινό νόστιμο, με αρκετές επιλογές. Η τοποθεσία ιδανική, κοντά σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος, αρκεί να έχεις μεταφορικό. Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφθούμε ξανά και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Pros:

Čistota pokojů, velmi milí a přátelští majitelé.
Hotel je adult only, takže u bazénu byla klidná atmosféra. Prostředí je moderní a útulné.

Cons:

Lokalita- za nás asi největší mínus. Hotel píše pláž za hotelem, což je sice pravda, ale po zjištění, že tato pláž je plná odpadků a naprosto nevhodná k celodennímu koupání, jsme byli poměrně zklamaní. Na nejbližší pláž to je cca 20 minut pěšky, jinak cesta autobusem. Pokud si nepronajmete auto, moc toho v okolí hezkého nečekejte.
All inclusive- alkoholový lístek byl docela jednoduchý což by nevadilo, pokud by ty drinky byly fajn…Vodka s “džusem”= nejspíš nějaká nejlevnější vodka a bublinková šťáva, která kolem pomeranče ani nešla, rum s kolou asi jediný v pořádku, ale stejně tam nešel cítit. V případě normálního drinku bychom vypili max. 3 za den, takhle jich bylo i 10 a stejně slabota. Za barem na poličce vystaveny kvalitní značky alkoholu, za které bylo ovšem potřeba zvlášť zaplatit. Káva byla z automatu, takže ani kvalitní kávu u snídaně nečekejte.
Jídlo bylo chutné, přestože nebyl bohatý výběr byli jsme spokojeni, do dne kdy jsme na oběd, který začíná ve 13:00, přišli ve 13:15 a zbyla na nás kukuřice s hranolkami a po téměř půlhodině čekání žádné doplnění.
V jednom z našich pokojů byla šíleně vyřešená sprcha a očividně odfláklá, protože voda tam neměla šanci odtěkat, a proto bylo potřeba čekat i 5 minut.
Za nás se all inclusive určitě nevyplatilo a byli jsme zklamaní, kvůli penězům co jsme za to dali.

Brilliant family ran hotel.
Pros:

This family run hotel was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the food, although less selection compared to the usual large corporate hotels we normally stay in, was of a better quality and cooked extremely well. The weather was perfect and the owner and family were brilliant. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone that fancies something a little different to the large corporate hotels.

Cons:

We should have brought mosquito repellent, which we normally do but forgot. This is nothing to do with the hotel but just a note to other tasty travelers.

Pros:

Naujas viešbutis, kambarys didelis, gražaus dizaino. Kambaryje yra kavinukas ir arbatinukas.
Pusryčiai galėtų būti gausesni. Kambaryje daug uodų, galėtų būti tinkleliai ant langų. Lokacija kai turi automobilį puiki, jei ne, sudėtingiau, nes viešbutis viduryje niekur.

Tout, l'hôtel,le jardin, le personnels,Manolito le Boss,le petit-déjeuner,parking impeccable,
Le personnels et manolito sont aux petits soins pour nous,c'est propre et très bien entretenu, les chambres sont xxl et la gentillesse est toujours présente pour nous les français.

Cons:

Rien,si nous revenons c'est bien ici ...
Peut-être la population des pays de l'est qui sont infecte avec tous.
Manque un peut de rangements dans la chambre.

Quelque peu déçu et correspond pas aux notes précédentes de BOOKING

Cadre extérieur Hôtel, proche de la mer (mais pas vraiment de plage), proximité Réthymnon, bus aussi, les repas

Cons:

Du fait du peu de chambres, service quelque peu 'absent' (barman fait réception), repas 'limité' (pas de desserts), boisson all in trés limité (pas de cocktail) pas de rangement dans les chambres (laisse valise à terre) espace autour du bar pour repas trés limité (pas assez de place s'il pleut)

The photos are very misleading — they make it look like one big, nice room, but in reality it’s much smaller and poorly arranged. The room wasn’t clean: I found watermelon seeds on the floor and human hair in the bed. Everything felt cheaply fixed and uncomfortable, with no proper space to put luggage. The surroundings are also bad.

Overall, the photos give a much better impression than what you actually get. The room was listed at €120, but we booked it last minute for €65 — thankfully. It’s definitely not worth a cent more than that.

Nice pool area, good looking hotel, friendly staff.

Cons:

Both address and check-out time was written wrong in booking.com, it was pretty difficult to find the place and they weren’t answering the phone.
The room was in a pretty bad shape - the shower head wasn’t working properly and there were many flies in the shower. The wifi had problems and electricity went out on most of the evenings but only for a short time.
Very unpleasant experience with the towels - they don’t change them for a very long time, even if you leave them on the floor - the room service just hangs them back up.
Most of the staff members were pretty bad at speaking English, so it was very difficult even to ask for a cocktail at the bar or an extra towel.
The breakfast was pretty good but very salty and almost always the same.
