Pros:

O hotel é lindo! A recepção é maravilhosa e a equipe muito solicita. Fiz um upgrade no quarto e me hospedei num quarto enorme, muito confortável, com muitas janelas e vista para o parque. A cama era extra king, havia uma sala de TV e uma mesa para refeições. A banheira era deliciosa e a roupa de cama e banho de excelente qualidade. As amenidades com perfume e textura impares. Roupão tão macio e o secador um

Ponto de ônibus literalmente na frente do hotel. O transporte urbano na cidade é gratuito então ter um ponto bem no bétel é muito conveniente. Eu recomendo sem restrições!

Infelizmente o parque estava em obras e havia um quarto no meu andar em obras também, mas isto é uma ocorrência isolada.

Lovely hotel in a great location.
Pros:

It was in a good location to the centre of town. It had payable parking. We had a beautiful balcony room.

Cons:

The shower flooded the floor as it was spraying over the one corner of the shower and I didn’t realise that it was flooding the floor.

Pros:

Facile d'accès en Bus/Tram. Assez rapidement dans le centre ainsi qu'au complexe sportif Geesseknäppchen.

Cons:

Chambre petite, mais salle de bain très/trop étroite.

Amazing value luxury hotel in a great city.
Pros:

Really nice reception and visitor lounge, room overlooked the park at the back and it’s really quiet - yet close enough to the city centre to walk in. Love the car-lift to the internal car part too.

Cons:

Nothing really.

pleasant and relaxing stay, lovely hotel, excellent staff
Pros:

The hotel was very easy to reach from the airport using bus number 6, the stops to/from are right outside the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, well appointed room and comfortable bed.

Cons:

We found the pillows to be very soft
