ちゃんとしている、便利なホテルです
Pros:

男性スタッフ（おじさんスタッフ）のホスピタリティが良かったと思います。（そもそもあまり女性スタッフは見かけない）にこやかに接していただいたり、面倒見よく対応してくださったりお世話になりました。部屋はこじんまりとしており、わたしの部屋は眺望なしでしたが、アメニティもひと通り揃っているほうだと思いましたし、たまに電気が切れることがある以外は滞在に関して不満はないです。
ヌワラエリヤの中心にあり、わたしが泊まったときは春のお祭りが開催されていましたが、うるさくて眠れないなどはなかったです。レストランなどももちろん探しやすいです。

Cons:

ホテル内に洗濯サービスがなかったことです。よそに依頼するため割高になったのと、アイテムごとの見積もりがないため少し面倒でした。スタッフの方がお見積もりを確認してくださるなど奔走してくださり感謝です。

Pros:

Good location right in the middle of town around shops and cafes. Good restaurant inside with nice menu options. At breakfast some pastries were not fresh but otherwise all other items were good. Clean comfortable room. Hot water takes a little while (15 mins) to heat up once activated when you insert room key but had very hot water once on.

Cons:

The room had small floor space not a lot of space to move around but fine for 1 night stay.

Great stay overall.
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located. It is clean and modern. All staff were exceptionally helpful.
Breakfast was great.

Cons:

There was some noise from barking dogs at night. Obviously nothing for the hotel can do but it did impact our sleep a little.

Nice hotel - just too crammed which creates noise
Pros:

Good location and very nice rooms

Cons:

The hotel is very crammed with the restaurant and coffee areas on top of the rooms which can be very noisy. I had kids running past my room in the evening and could hear doors constantly being shut on another night. There was a restaurant table practically on top of my room which would mean getting woken up by conversations

Highly recommended convenient and clean location in city center
Pros:

Great location—right by the city center and Victoria Garden. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when we had trouble with our car and couldn’t get it started. They quickly arranged a local mechanic for us and truly went above and beyond to take care of everything. Special thanks to Pradeepan, Chanru, and Mervin for their outstanding support.
Definitely will revisit for the next Nuwara Eliya trip.

It was ok. I would suggest staying at a tea plantation instead of being in Nuwara Eliya city center

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was very noisy, especially at night. The area felt like a bus stop. Staying in the city in Nuwara Eliya is not necessary as all places can only be accessed by car.

High quality hotel
Pros:

Couldn’t recommend this place enough, wish I had more time to extend my stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and warm. The room had very plush finishes, including lovely bed linen, high end finishes and high quality towels. Breakfast was generous and very tasty. Great location in town centre, walkable to all sites. Highly recommend Yara Hotel!

Great!
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at Yara. The room was clean and comfortable and we liked being in the centre of town. Pradeepan on reception was always on hand if we needed anything. Mervin and Baka made sure we had everything we ever could ask for at breakfast. Exceptional customer service all round.
