Don’t waste your money

Upon arrival, the room was extremely unclean and had a strong smell of cat urine and cannabis. The overall condition of the room was unhygienic and unliveable. The tea and sugar provided had clearly not been replaced or refreshed, which further highlighted the lack of basic cleaning standards.

There were also serious safety concerns. Some doors appeared to be locked with screws protruding from the handles, which felt unsafe and inappropriate for guest accommodation.

In addition, the cleaner on site behaved unprofessionally. She was on her phone on loudspeaker and had not finished cleaning the rooms, yet we were sent up to them regardless. As this was a self check-in property, her continued presence while the rooms were unfinished added to the feeling that the accommodation was not being managed safely or properly.

Overall, this stay did not meet acceptable standards of cleanliness, professionalism, or safety, and it caused significant discomfort and concern.

Pros:

Room was a nice size, clean, comfy, good location as well. The only thing wrong was the toilet seat being broken but apart from that, I'd recommend it to anyone.

Well u didn’t stay there because it was dirty and I even sent a complaint and got totally ignored living me stranded that night.

It was adequate while waiting for a cruise ship but a two day stay was too long.
Cons:

We were not informed that our room was on the third floor with a very narrow staircase and no elevator. Toilet seat was loose and tended to slide around during use. This is probably a great room for a college student or a visiting football fan, but not for a couple in their late 70’s ( fortunately we are both in good shape).
