Very disapoiniting stay, not happy with the apartment. Contacted Property but ignored!

Cons:

No Hot Water: The shower had no hot water at all. I attempted to use it on all available temperature settings, but it remained freezing cold, preventing me from showering before leaving.

​Substandard Hygiene & Linens: The towels provided were not fresh and had a strong, musty odor, raising concerns about proper laundering standards.

​Lack of Window Coverings: There were no curtains or blinds on the windows, causing bright morning daylight to flood the room at 5:00 AM and severely disrupting my sleep.

​Pungent Cannabis Odor: There was a heavy, persistent smell of cannabis inside the room and corridor area throughout the stay, creating an unpleasant and unacceptable environment.

A good clean place to sleep
Pros:

The room we got was on the fourth floor of a set of narrow steep stairs, not much wider than my large suitcase. There were four of us with four large suitcases and four carryons and four backpacks, it was a lot to carry up four flights of stairs. The room was very clean and the shower was great. No air conditioning but we made it work

Cons:

Someone in the downstairs room was smoking weed and it stunk bad

More like a halfway house
Pros:

The location and the ease of booking and checking in and out.

Cons:

We smelled cannabis throughout the building, there were random people hanging out in the hallway, and the bedroom door frame wasn't fit for purpose so there was no security.

Pros:

The room is lovely all new ,comfortable bed , nice tv, nice bathroom, hair dryer ect fridge small is a nice idea.

Cons:

No hangers in bathroom to keep your clothes or towels off the floor ,so a hook on the back of door would be amazing.
Loo seat kept slipping off when you sit down , half filled bathroom products, a nail sticking up in the floor through the carpet left hand side if your looking a the window. No t bags in the pot just coffee
Even thought this room had a few faults it was all nice clean and new ,
But the worse problem was that as you came into the property the ground floor flat has a resident who likes too smoke a lot of weed !!!so it was stinking as soon as you got in and it stunk right up the stairs to our room,all night I could smell it as it was seeping in under the door, it's now Monday night and my throat is still effected .

Awful from start to finish!! Dreadful customer service!!!

Top floor, no lift - we are pensioners and had suitcases
TV didn’t work - batteries dead in remote and no other way to switch it on.
The ceiling light didn’t work!!! After dark we were in the dark! See photos. The light switch was faulty.
We received only one small towel and miniature toiletries were half used by others!!
There was only a little bit of toilet paper in the room!
The milk sachets provided near kettle were all two months out of date!! What!!! See evidence on photos.
I messaged the owner and got no further replies after they did agree to give us more towels and toilet paper. Extremely poor customer service! 🤬

Not suitable for disabled people
Pros:

Please say in the add it's 6 flights of stairs to the room... not appropriate for blind and people with mobility problems.... I am visually impaired and it had black carpet on narrow stairs.and sloping ceilings...I would not have booked if I had known how dangerous it was to me
