I like the location, comfy bed and vibe
Tv was broken
Location was excellent. Good space in the room.
Smelled awful especially the bathroom. I asked for my bathroom to be cleaned but the smell was still there. Also before I checked in I asked for my blessings to be all white which was accepted by the property. When I got there, this wasn’t the case. Dark grey beddings.
Location for the football stadium was good
front door lock broken so anyone could walk in so felt unsafe tbh
room was basic to say the least.
shower tray was dirty
curtains were dreadful and rail coming off wall so difficult to pull
not the luxury room it was advertised as
only location close to restaurants
We paid $167 pounds 2 months prior and the rate that night was 47 pounds on booking
No air conditioning
and no European electrical power so we couldn't charge anything
also noise due to high traffic
Booked because we could walk to an event
The hallway smelt there was paint peeling of the walls on the stairs on to the carpet we had room 15 on entry there we’re a lot of flies in the room there is a large damp patch on the ceiling
Nothing much
Alot of stairs to climb, paint peeling off walls, no blinds or curtains on windows, shower not consistent kept going hot and cold while in use
Location was excellent
Very noisy, heavy traffic outside as it’s on a main road. It could do with new windows, preferably double glazed
Vicinity
Maintenance
Southampton was nice
Room itself. Not some place I would recommend.
The value for money is excellent. There is a kitchenette with dishes, a microwave, hot water, convenient access to the rooms via PIN code, and clean bedding and towels.
there was a strange smell in the room, the window wouldn’t close, so we had to prop it up with a bag. The floor wasn’t very clean, as if someone had walked around in dirty shoes, and the blue box under the TV was covered in dust. We also arrived at the wrong address because the address with instructions is sent before check-in. It wasn’t a big problem since they provided everything immediately, but we had three large suitcases and hand luggage, so walking for 10 minutes wasn’t very convenient after several hours on the road
Room was nice and big
Hallway had cracks running up the wall banister very loose room had a few cracks and mould in the corner
Located in the centre.
Access codes worked.
It was not clean enough:-(
In the corridor inside the building there was smell of moisture.
In the bathroom there was awful smell from the fan.
Some of the facilities were not in order.
Window was difficult to open.
Close to a great restaurant area
The room was described as a deluxe. Not. Third floor narrow stairs. No staff
Window looked out over a garbage dump
Just what was needed a base for fake festival very close to restaurants and park.
Close to the cruise terminal and very cheap.
The shower was barely attached to the wall and potentially dangerous
Location, clean and comfortable
