Excellent staff, comfy bed, wonderful shower, big and clean rooms. Massage was good and affordable. Restaurant open 24/7 and food is good.

Cons:

Continental breakfast was very poor, bread was hard, no butter, no cheese, no yoghurt... Electricity comes and goes, but that might be a general problem in Addis (?). Elevator broke and had to walk up the stairs to the 4th floor for several days

Its location, it was relatively quiet, comfortable cotton bedding, the food and the chef’s endeavour at lunch and dinner (a fresh tomato soup to die for), the friendliness of staff

Cons:

The poor quality of some bathroom fixtures, slow and uncoordinated service in the restaurant, a very strange unexplained line up of breakfast items from raisins with lettuce, broccoli and dried meat as well as dry corn flakes (with no dairy products-though there was an additional selection of good warm food, croissants and cake slices)…

Staff are the best at both check-in and out. Very very responsive on an unplanned request for help and assisted in best results. Well-done.

The shower is one of the best in Ethiopia I ever experienced. Water pressure was strong, heater was stable

Comfortable and good value
Pros:

I was based at the hotel for work-related activity. Staff were helpful and friendly. Facilities were good including the meeting room and catering was plentiful. Rooms were well appointed and bathrooms clean and satisfactory.

Cons:

A single lift meant that there were occasional waits. Aircon was not always effective.
