Nice breakfast, updated room
Super noisy, if u plan on not sleeping, this is the place. Constant noise from the street, cars and music and also the walls in the hotel are gypson so you hear your neighbor caughing or talking. Super tight quarters. No parking and the one in front of hotel costs about 25 USD per day so be cognicant.
The air conditioning was very good and easy to use. Reception staff were friendly. The breakfast is very good. The room was clean. There was someone on reception 24 hours
No window on the ground floor meant there was no natural light.

Referente a la ubicación calle poco transitada, algo oscura pero segura.
El equipo de recepción y servicios es extraordinario: Martín, Tadeo, Sra. Candelaria, todos ellos harán lo posible para tu estancia sea lo más agradable posible.
El hotel carece de ascensor y eso puede suponer un inconveniente para las personas mayores o cuando cargas bultos pesados.

Z powodu rzekomego braku prądu zostaliśmy przeniesieni do innego hotelu. Pokój był mały i ciemny zamiast dużego z balkonem. Na piętrze trwał remont klatki, a basen był odkażany i nie można było z niego korzystać. Po napisaniu reklamacji do hotelu, otrzymałem propozycję rekompensaty w kwocie 25% na co się zgodziłem. Niestety minęło 6 tygodni i nie ma zwortu ani kontaktu w tej sprawie. Wstyd. Nie polecam.

Desayuno inmejorable! Excelente ubicación para asistir a los Congresos en el Centro de Convenciones de Cartagena.
Pero lo mejor de todo fue disfrutar del resultado del empeño que le han puesto sus Socias, para que funcione muy bien y sobre todo, de la Atención, Diligencia y del Cariño de las Personas que día a día hacen de la estadía un placer! Gracias a Génesis, Candy, Kevin, José, Pazzy y Orlando!
Hay que aislar el sonido del minibar refrigerado.
