Pros:

Ubicación y habitación estaban bien.

Cons:

Nos dieron una habitación en primera planta que daba a la calle y habita mucho mucho ruido porque justo debajo había un karaoke y las ventanas no aislaban bien. El personal no era nada simpático. Había un código de entrada a la recepción y no nos lo indicaron; una de las veces queríamos entrar, no había nadie en recepción y nos tuvimos que esperar a que apareciera alguien de personal para poder entrar.
Teníamos desayuno incluido. Avisamos el día de antes que el día de salida nos íbamos muy pronto (antes de la hora del desayuno), por lo que acordamos con el personal de recepción que nos prepararían algo para comer en cuanto entrara el personal de cocina. Cuando nos íbamos, pasamos a recoger el desayuno y nos dijo el hombre que aún no habían preparado nada porque no habían llegado las cocineras. No mostró ninguna preocupación ni disculpa.
Hay mucha oferta hotelera en esa zona. No repetiría.

Muy buena ubicación, linda la habitación y muy rico el desayuno.

Cons:

La habitación no tenía ventana, no entraba nada de luz solar. Y pedí por favor hacer un late check out, por lo menos quedarme una hora más en la habitación y me dijeron que no. Que me lo tenían que cobrar si o sí.

O lugar é uma gracinha. Localização muito boa! Foram super flexíveis com horário de check-in e café da manhã (no primeiro dia, no segundo já foi mais complicado, mas ainda assim, resolveu).

Cons:

Café inicia às 07:00 - incompatível com a maioria dos passeios - se iniciasse 06:30 já resolveria.

We enjoyed our stay in Casa Bugó Arsenal very much.
Pros:

Location and breakfast are really exceptional. Personnel is very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

During weekends its quite noisy because of roof top bars in the neighborhood.

la suite est superbe, le décoration est raffinée le personnel sympa et le petit déjeuner très bien, on est a deux pas du centre historique. la literie au top. la piscine sur le toit est un plus indéniable

c'est méga bruyant, malheureusement le voisinage est super festif et c'est très dérangeant le soir jusqu'à 2h pour les couchetard no soucis

Hermoso hotel, seguro regresaremos cada vez que viajemos a Cartagena.

La ubicación es excelente y el desayuno buenísimo, además muy buenas instalaciones aunque la zona de la piscina podría mejorar.

Cons:

La piscina podría cuidarse un poco más, y la ducha presentó un problema pero luego del reporte a la recepción, pudieron repararlo.

The room had no window and smelled damp, with visible black spores on the ceiling.

It was extremely noisy, especially at weekends, with hallway noise also noticeable during the week.
The air conditioning unit had bright lights on it, which meant that if you wanted to use the A/C at night, you could not turn the LED off. I asked reception for help, and they switched it off using a phone, but the light came back on as soon as I changed the temperature. It was very bright during the night.

There was also a red light above the bed, which I think was from the smoke detector, that came on intermittently and shone a very bright red light onto the bed (see photo).

You could also see bright hallway lights through a gap in the door.

I did not sleep well at this hotel because of the noise and all the random lights
