The hotel is excellent and two minutes from the pyramids, the rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and will help you with everything and give you a better price for tourist

Nothing
They were overbooked and they didnt cancellour room. When we arrive, they tried to take us to another place to stay. It was HORRIBLE, they were so rude, they made us walk 20 min with big luggage
The view of the pyramids on the rooftop and easy location to find. Staff was incredible, Bilal made us feel at home with Egyptian hospitality. Certainly will be back.

Maha at reception was amazing—always kind, patient, and super helpful. Muhammed (reception) was all smiles, always noticing guests and making sure everything was perfect. Chef Muhammed? A legend! Friendly, helpful, and his food is incredible. And Mahmoud (the manager) was great—helped me sort out a laundry issue quickly and smoothly.

Man, this place was legit! Stayed here for a for one nights, and it was straight-up awesome. The room was super clean, bed comfy as hell, and the vibe was just chill. Staff was cool ,Big shoutout to Gad, that dude knows how to take care of guests, always ready to help, The breakfast—fresh, tasty, and way better than I expected!, and the location? Perfect—close to pyramids. Definitely bang for your buck. If you're in egypt, don't even think twice—just book it. 10/10 would stay again!

The breakfast is really limited and not the best. But you get for what you are paying.
The neighbourhood during the night is a bit dangerous and hustle a lot the tourist. Avoid walking with expensive things with you.
