Pros:

Es war alles perfekt! Eine super saubere, schöne Wohnung. Man merkt, dass an Details gedacht wurde, die den Aufenthalt (gerade mit Kindern) erleichtern, z.B. mit einer Waschmaschine, und auch der Möglichkeit einen Garagenplatz zu mieten. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter mit kurzfristigen Nachfragen hat sehr einfach und unkompliziert geklappt, auf unsere Wünsche wurde sehr zuvorkommend eingegangen. Vielen Dank für Alles, wir kommen wieder!

شقق رائعة وجميلة ونظيفة ومكيفة مقابل نهر الدانوب ويمكن الوصول بسهولة مشيا على الأقدام الى ماركت بيلا وماكدونالدز ويتوفر بها مواقف سيارات بالأجر

Tolles zentral gelegenes Apartment
Pros:

Günstige Lage: Wenige Fußminuten entfernt liegt die S-Bahnhaltestelle Kagran und das Donau City Einkaufszentrum, wo man auch gute Restaurants findet. Direkt um die Ecke liegt ein Billa-Supermarkt, was die Eigenversorgung sehr einfach macht. Dank Garage unter dem Haus (15/€Tag) kann das Auto problemlos abgestellt werden.
Einrichtung: Das Apartment hat eine schöne, moderne Einrichtung und bietet recht viel Platz. Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut.
Ausstattung: Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Tipp für Selbstversorger: Gewürze und Öl mitbringen!
Für Spül- und Waschmaschine wurden ein paar Tabs bereitgestellt.
Vor der Unterkunft steht ein Getränkeautomat, der netterweise auch Ersatz für die Kapseln der Kaffeemaschine anbietet.
Die Klimaanlage in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer war bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen ein wahrer Segen!
Kommunikation: Die Vermieter reagieren schnell auf Anfragen. Das Einchecken per Türcode war problemlos.

Cons:

Weniger Kritik als Anregung:
Das Bad bräuchte mehr Ablageflächen sowie Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Badehandtücher.
Für Aufenthalte >3Tage wäre es super, wenn ein zweites Set an Handtüchern vorhanden wäre. Bei dem warmen Wetter war die Trockenzeit nach dem Waschen recht kurz und damit kein Problem, das sähe bei anderem Wetter ggf. anders aus.

Pros:

Kissé nehezen indultunk, mert bár 3 főre foglaltuk le a lakást, csak 2 főre volt ágynemű és törölköző. Írtam a tulajnak és alig fél óra múlva megjelent a 3. ágyneműgarnitúrával és törlközővel. Ettől kezdve igazán nagyra értékeltük a modern, praktikusan berendezett lakást. Kiváló helyen van, ahol nemcsak a garázsban, hanem akár az utcán is lehet parkolni, van elég hely (csak a parkolójegyre kell figyelni).

Cons:

Nekünk csak a mikró hiányzott, minden más megvolt.
