Posizione eccellente e silenziosa, sei a pochi passi dal centro in un contesto nuovo e ben curato. Staff giovane e molto cordiale e sempre disponibile. Pulizia ottima.
La vasca esterna sulla terrazza è impraticabile in quanto esposta troppo al sole e pertanto acqua sempre calda. Il bagno non è funzionale, il lavabo seppur di design è scomodo e non ha spazi di appoggio. Manca un arredo completo funzionale per sistemare le varie cose personali. La zona colazione è da migliorare, apportare più ombra. La colazione è da miglioare, troppo semplice e di sufficiente qualità.

Our room here was lovely and spacious. The hotel is set back from the busy centre of Naousa, so the area around the is a bit quieter - but it is only a few minute walk to get to the main area of the city. The service was great!
Breakfast was excellent, rooms were beautiful! The service is exceptional. The staff were extremely helpful and polite.
The only negative thing we can say is that the pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable. Otherwise, the rest is 10 out of 10.
Very nice hotel with clean and comfortable interiors. The location is excellent within 5 minutes walking from attractions in Naoussa. The staff is very friendly. We stayed there for our honeymoon and they made it a truly special stay. The breakfast is very good.
The breakfast is unbelievable from the variety of food offered to the presentation! Our room was also very comfortable and the staff really made this stay special. They went out of their way to have a plated snack and wine ready on arrival after our late ferry and on a rainy day came by and offered tea and a small sweet treat to make the day better.

Our stay at Aura Suites was truly exceptional. Although officially a 4-star hotel, in my opinion the experience easily felt like a 5-star stay.
What makes this place special is the team. Everyone is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff constantly anticipates guests’ needs with impressive care and attention to detail. Small gestures and thoughtful touches throughout the stay make you feel truly valued, not just as another reservation number.
What I appreciated most is that they care not only about your experience inside the hotel, but also about your experience on the island as a whole. They are always willing to help with recommendations, logistics, and anything needed to make your stay in Santorini even better.
The location is perfect: peaceful, calm, and relaxing, while still being only a few minutes’ walk from the lively areas, restaurants, and shops. It offers the best balance between tranquility and convenience.
The room was also outstanding — elegant, sophisticated, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Every detail feels carefully curated to create a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere.
