A good place to stay.
Pros:

The villa has an amazing view with a massive garden at the back where you could find places to sit . We were located on the second floor and the view from our balcony was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. It has an outdoor jacuzzi, however that you would need to make a reservation and they give you a time slot. We had breakfast and the food was delicious. The villa has a big parking lot .

Cons:

The property needs a quick refurbishment here and there ( specially the windows which were old wooden type) , TV can be upgraded and also the furniture.

O dezamăgire foarte mare, condiții de maxim 2 stele
Pros:

Grădină mare și frumoasă, restaurantul curat, micul dejun foarte bun, zonă foarte liniștită, cameră spațioasă, balcon cu vedere spre grădină.

Cons:

În ciuda recenziilor pe care le-am citit și care m-au făcut să aleg această cazare, se pare că am tras paiul mai scurt. Am primit o cameră cu aspect îndoielnic din punct de vedere al curățeniei (mochetă pătată, perdea cu găuri, mobilier degradat, frigider murdar în exterior), aspect neîngrijit - draperiile erau scoase la capete de pe șină, balustrada de la balcon scorojită și instabilă, iar cel mai rău a fost mirosul de canalizare din baie. Cum trăgeai apa la toaletă sau dădeai drumul la chiuvetă/duș, baia se umplea de un miros îngrozitor. Doar deschizând puțin ușa, nu se mai putea sta în cameră.
Dacă nu aveam de stat o singură noapte, sigur renunțam la următoarele.
Toate aceste aspecte nu justifică un preț de 600 de lei pe noapte.

Pros:

Śniadania widok z balkonu na góry duży parking
Suna ,bilard, jakuzzi, trochę na uboczu ale po długiej podróży można pospacerować do centrum. Dobra cena i lokalizacja na wypad do Braszowa.

O oaza de relaxare
Pros:

O locatie foarte frumoasa - cred ca are cea mai frumoasa pozitioare din Poiana Brasov. Curtea din spate, cu linistea ei si privelistea catre Postavarul este superba. Practic o stea din cele 3 este adusa de curte. Micul dejun si retaurantul foarte bune. Cafeaua la mic dejun extrem de buna.
Camerele mari si curate.

Cons:

Singurele obiectiuni ar fi legate de vechimea mobilierului din camere si de perne. Lacul s-a cam luat de pe mobilier si chiar daca este din lemn masiv, aspectul nu este prea placut. Pernele necesita schimbare urgenta - sunt mult prea folosite. Capetele de dus necesita si ele o schimbare.
De varuit peretii din camere si din exteriorul hotelului.
Oricat de curat ar fi in camere, nu poti masca aceste aspecte.
Plus, o acoperire WIFI mai buna - nu este chiar asa o problema pentru ca semnalul Orange de acolo este extrem de bun.

Pros:

Месторасположение замечательное
Прекрасные виды на лес и поляну
Зелень вокруг. Хорошая сауна и джакузи на траве это вишенка на торте. Очень вкусный завтрак. Парковка рядом. Тишина вокруг.
