Nice but needs improvement
Pros:

The staff was wonderful, Sebastian, Mihai, they tried their best to respond to requests and demands...to the best of their abilities. Restaurant staff also wonderful, quiet and peaceful area.

Cons:

My bathroom flooded with all the water in the bathtub... they fixed it. The second day I had such bad sewage odor coming. They cleaned but it came back. Wasn't worth it, and hard to get jacuzzi reserved.

Είναι σαν chalet είναι πάρα πολύ γραφικό και όμορφο σε πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία .πολύ κοντά στο χιονοδρομικό και δίπλα στο δάσος. πολύ ωραίο πρωινό και άνετο πάρκινγκ με φράχτη .το ξενοδοχείο εχει και το τζακούζι που δείχνει , πολύ ωραία εμπειρία ( θέλει να κάνετε κράτηση για την ώρα και η τιμή συμπεριλαμβάνεται στο δωμάτιο δεν πλήρωσα τίποτα παραπάνω). Γενικά θα το ξανά επιλέξω πολύ value for money ξενοδοχείο.

Good experience.
Pros:

The location is absolutely excellent, approx 15 min walking from the ski sloop. The facility is clean and staff is friendly with one exception. We had one apartment that was absolutely excellent. The breakfast is delicious even if you have the same food everyday.

Cons:

The hotel needs some investment like changing of the old style furniture, carpet and so on to reflect the price.

Fi mai bun si sa fie mai curat
Pros:

Curatenie, nu foarte buna dar totuși cat de cat ok.
Balconul cu privire la munte, accesul la locațiile de la pârtie și restaurant aproape, a fost un baiat de la recepție foarte amabil.
Am cerut sa mi se dea un fier de călcat și l-am primit
Mici răcoritoare in frigider din partea casei.

Cons:

Pe lângă băiatul ce sa purtat frumos a mai fost altul in alta zi dar acela sa purtat destul de arogant, când aveai o întrebare sau o necesitate.
Masa de biliard nu in stare buna de folosire, ne chinuiam sa ne jucam.
Canalizarea de la cadă cred ca e înfundată, pentru ca la eliminarea apei din cadă a început sa iasă apa afara in toată suprafața din baie prin canalizarea din baie de a ajuns apa pana pe holul de la întrare in camera.
Draperiile de soare (cocosei) erau rupte, nu puteai sa tragi perdeaua de soare.
Lipsa a săpunurilor și gelurilor de dus, era un singur săpun pentru piele și par, ceea ce la unele persoane nu se potrivește și pot face păduchi.. recomand introducerea acestor nevoi.
Mocheta prea tocită, necurata in calități mai bune (deși se poate mai bine).

Everyone was very friendly, I was asking for a big bed with on mattress, because we don’t like when we sleep in two pieces mattress, and they gave us an excelent room instead! The jacuzzi was super amazing.

Everything was good, food, reception and hot tub

Cons:

There is no lift. We was in the third floor, only for 1 night and was tiring. Can't imagine what if we was for more days or with some elderly people
