Pros:

The common area was well maintained, television available, dining space was convenient, beautiful surrounding. Would have been a great experience if the house/rooms were cleaned properly before hosting.

Cons:

The property was dirty and poorly maintained. There was mold all around the house, kitchen and the fridge was dirty, curtains were not cleaned.

Dryer in the washing machine was not working (this was mentioned in the listing). The property owner was not responsive and the caretaker was not very helpful.

The bathroom was smelly and hot water shower not placed properly in the bathroom.

Room given was not with double glass view as mentioned in the picture.House slippers were dirty.

Room size was very small for four people.

Loved it! Highly recommend it! :)
Pros:

Perfect location! Hills / mountains all around. Fields of root vegetation., fresh & crisp air. Stunning landscape.
Super comfy bed with a welcoming quilt for the very cold night. Kitchen and dining room freely available for use, without disturbing anyone. An electric kettle, yummy tea and coffee were at my disposal.
A perfect place for yoga / meditation.
A very receptive host who I could, unfortunately, not meet in person; however, communication was good and everything was taken care of without delay.

Cons:

The coffee supply was very limited, though there was ample tea to go around. Other than that, there was nothing not to like. This place was amazing!
