Miło przyjemnie jedzenie tylko katastrofalne

Obsługa, wygląd ogólny wszystko czyste i sprzątane na bierzaco.

Cons:

Wszystko jak najbardziej mi się podobało mam tylko zastrzeżenia do kuchni, przez to moja słaba ocena, wszystko było bardzo dobre ale kucharzy od razu powinni zmienić jak chcą żeby ktoś tam wrócił. Ja nie wrócę z powodu okropnych śniadań, tego się nie dało jeść, moja zona przez cały tydzień była trzy razy na Śniadaniu i dobry tam był tylko sok z pomarańczy, wszystko inne zimne bez smaku i czasami śmierdzące, ja nie jestem wybredny więc przychodziłem bo lubię zjeść ale na szczęście nie braliśmy al in clusive

Cons:

Please remove orange juice from breakfast menu as they don’t look like freshly squeezed.

Pros:

Tout était parfait. De l’accueil ouvert 24/24 au service d’étages ,rien ne peut être à redire. La vue côté mer est un plus et les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien aménagées. Le personnel est souriant et aux "petits soins" tout en étant professionnel avec la clientèle.

Comodo e vicino a tante attrazioni e al mare
Pros:

La posizione (vicino ad Heraklion e a diverse attrazioni come l'acquario, le spiagge, ecc.), comodo soprattutto se si arriva la sera tardi in aeroporto. La colazione, la vista dalla stanza. La spiaggia era raggiungibile a piedi o in auto.

Cons:

Per salire ai piani superiori c'era un solo ascensore e a volte bisognava attendere. A colazione il cappuccino era considerato un extra. Lo spazio per parcheggiare auto non era tantissimo e ci è capitato una volta di non riuscire a parcheggiare all'interno.

Cons:

The room looked more like a hospital ward than a 4-star hotel. The TV was placed awkwardly on the side wall to the left of the bed, not in front of it, and couldn’t be rotated. It was impossible to watch it comfortably while lying down — I honestly don’t understand why it was even there.

Breakfast was quite basic and didn’t match 4-star expectations. Coffee was only available for an extra charge, which was disappointing.

Also, on the balcony, the drying rack for towels and wet clothes was broken and unusable.

Overall, the stay felt more like a 2–3 star experience.
