Enchanting in a good location for the old city
Very comfy room and extraordinary breakfast.
Communication with one of the staff was not nice, lacking of enthusiasm on his side, even appeared arrogant.
Good location. Very clean and comfortable. The staff is polite, but almost nobody speaks English).
The breakfast is a bit poor for this type of hotel. There were almost no vegetables or fruit for those who is on a diet and don’t eat pastry, for example

Staffs are very helpful and friendly
I liked the traditional style. The room was comfortable.
location is in a heavy traffic/ restricted area. Very walkable but not great for needing a cab. Takes forever to get around by car.
Excellent location. Great staff.

Great location, beautiful room, view is amazing. Love the mini bar.
Some staffs can improve on customer service skills
Really an excellent five-star hotel. Great room with a nice view toward Forbidden City, comfortable bed, strong and spacious shower, pleasant sitting area.. Lots of lighting options controllable from the bed, even a double-curtain with bed controls for total blackout option. No complaints about the rooms whatsoever.
The staff were great, especially the English-speaking concierge who helped us with organizing a driver to the Great Wall, and had tips about navigating the city overall. And it's well located, especially in its walkability to the Wangfujing pedestrian street. It's close to Forbidden City as well, but we didn't walk it. The major road its on is basically a highway.
Mild nitpicks:
Taxis and DiDi drivers can't (or don't) simply enter the hotel via the main driveway. They circle the whole block and come in through the back. This always felt like it wasted several minutes.
There's no ATM on the premises. The closest one is down the block, and wasn't working while we were there. So that added some minor hassle as well.
There should also be more lobby seating, as there's lots of open space between the door and the elevators, while the only actual chairs are near the front desk.
Great beds and bathroom. Quite, we didn’t see many other guests. Had de pool, gym and sauna to ourselves when they opened at 9am
We decided not to have the buffet breakfast as it was pricey (50aud per person)
