Awesome staff. Clean place. Good Indian/nepali music.

Cons:

Since the English level is not very high you can’t rely on them giving you a lot of information about Lumbini and other places, you have to go to tourist information.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff - was pleasure dealing with them. Good breakfast. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Location was perfect in very quiet place. Nice views from the window. Definitely would come back.

Cons:

Sometimes power/electricity went off / but it is possible city issue, not connected with the property...so the AC would not work.

BEST .
Pros:

This is best place to stay.

It is near everything and in quiet street.
Rooms with balcony look towards "city",
so I prefer room with no balcony, which looks on the fields and I listen birds only.

In 2 minute walk from hotel I am either at market street or at the gate no 5,
from where is beautiful and not long walk to Budha birthday place.

People are super helpful and caring.

I would not want to stay anywhere else.
