Peaceful
Pros:

Ran by a lovely family. We really appreciated their help and the 6am breakfast made before our long journey was delicious and very kind of the owner. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

Отель немного в стороне от суеты вокзала, но рядом с выходом №5. Комната чистая, есть чайник. У нас было с кондиционером. Вода горячая в душе есть. Завтрак входил. Хозяин добрый, отзывчивый человек. Нас всё устроило, рекомендую.

Accommodating
Pros:

It's a small hotel in a standalone building in a relatively secluded area - not that it's far from anything, as it's still within minutes of Gate 5/the bus terminal/main restaurants, but it's on the edge of the hotel zone, and is surrounded by flat land. The room is spacious with a kettle, although no cups. They gave me a bottle of water too, and there's a towel. There's hot water and the ceiling fan was strong. It doesn't get as hot as the outside but also retains heat in the evening. The restaurant serves good food. The owner also woke up very early to make me breakfast and opened up for me.

Cons:

The only thing is that my room is at the end of the floor, and the Wi-Fi was quite spotty as a result.

The room and facilities are excellent, and the staff are really nice and helpful. The kitchen catered a vegetarian breakfast for the three of us, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, highly recommended.

Cons:

Since the English level is not very high you can’t rely on them giving you a lot of information about Lumbini and other places, you have to go to tourist information.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff - was pleasure dealing with them. Good breakfast. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Location was perfect in very quiet place. Nice views from the window. Definitely would come back.

Cons:

Sometimes power/electricity went off / but it is possible city issue, not connected with the property...so the AC would not work.
