Excelente hotel , desayunos muy completos y deliciosos y lo mejor el personal que atiende .
Pros:

Presentación y amabilidad del personal . La habitación excelente y buena decoración. La ubicación permite llegar en bus desde el aeropuerto y se puede mover fácil .
Los desayunos son muy completos y deliciosos

Cons:

Preferiblemente que la habitación tenga una mini nevera , aunque el personal le guardan las bebidas

Pros:

Hotel tres joli, pas tres loin du centre à pied.

Cons:

Le bruit incessant de la fuite d'eau dans les toilettes.
Chambre tres sombre
Pas d'eau chaude
A notre arrivee on nous a annoncè un prix superieur à celui prévu. (+ 100 000 pesos)
Le prix du nettoyage du linge ( 5000 pesos par vetement)
Lit tres tres haut, pas facile d'y accéder

Pięknie urządzony ale z niedociągnięciami.
Pros:

Hotel ogólnie pięknie urządzony, duże pokoje, czysty basen i wygodne łóżka.

Cons:

Obsługa NIEPOSŁUGUJĄCA się językiem angielskim czy translatorem co bardzo utrudniało najprostszą nawet rozmowę. Brak ciepłej wody - co w Kolumbii jest powszechne. Brak małych elementów np. szamponu i dywanika w łazience (po kąpieli podłoga w pokoju była mokra). Ogólnie sprawy drobne ale biorąc pod uwagę cenę zupełnie nieoczekiwane.

¡Lo disfrutamos!
Los jóvenes que atienden son muy amables.
Mis hijos disfrutaron la piscina hasta tarde.
Sus alimentos son muy ricos, mis hijos y mi esposo lo disfrutaron.

A perfectionner
Pros:

L hotel est beau et on sent une odeur agréable aux étages. Le lit est confortable.

Cons:

Le système de douche est pénible. On passe plus de temps à régler la température qu'à se doucher. Chaque chambre dispose de sa réserve d'eau apparement. Nous n'avions plus d eau lors de la dernière journée.
Le service au petit déjeuner est très lent et le choix est limité.
En plus il n'y avait plus d'eau lors de notre repas au restaurant de l'hôtel.
Chambre non faite a 17h, alors que nous avions quitter celle ci a 10h30.

Leuk hotelletje buiten de drukte van Santa Marta
Pros:

Leuk verblijf in dit kleine Ibiza style hotelletje. Goede bedden, alles netjes.

Cons:

Ontbijt was karig en bediening ook. Geen kamerservice. Je moest betalen voor verse handdoek.

Maravillosa estadía
Pros:

El hotel es pequeño, pero sus espacios están muy bien distribuidos, la decoración es hermosa. El desayuno muy bueno, contundente, ideal para comenzar el día con energía. El personal, desde los recepcionistas hasta las niñas de servicio fueron muy amables y preocupados, viajé con mi madre adulta mayor a la que trataron muy bien, lo que agradezco muchísimo. La ubicación está bien porque es una zona tranquila.

Cons:

Había días que el personal de servicio no daba abasto para atender a los pasajeros durante el desayuno, en temporada alta debieran contratar más personal.

Lovely place
Pros:

Beautiful place, very charming and super well decorated! Breakfast was good, different every day. The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. Staff was very kind!

The location isn't the best, but taxis are very cheap and you can get very easily everywhere.

Tuvimos muy buena estadía en Casana
Pros:

Muy lindo y cómodo, el personal muy amable siempre, entregaron una buena atención en todo momento. El desayuno exquisito y contundente. Con buena ubicación el hotel.
Su piscina muy rica!

Cons:

Hubieron 2 veces que no nos hicieron el servicio de habitación, pero en la primera avisé y cuando salimos al centro al llegar estaba todo ok 👍
En la segunda dejamos las llaves para que realicen el servicio y no lo realizaron, igualmente dejabamos el hotel al otro día, pero los basureros estaban llenos. Eso fue lo único.
