Very nice stay. Very helpful landlord. Great location.
Pros:

The studio was very clean, bed very comfortable. Microwave, full refrigerator & freezer, a few basic dishes, etc. The landlord, Milton, was very helpful. Even posted a list of stores, restaurants, etc. Including addresses & hours. Very helpful for us as we were there a week. Great location, quiet neighborhood. 😊

I didn't stay my whole stay, had to leave i had family emergency i was also asking how do that work

Pros:

La gentillesse du propriétaire et sa réactivité pour régler un problème de lumière. Bon accueil et logement confortable.

Cons:

Manque quelques rangements dans la SdB et étagères dans la pièce principale.

Pros:

Todo estaba muy limpio y el propietario era muy simpatico y amable. Sin duda volveria a alojarme.

Cons:

La ubicacion, un poco lejos del centro pero esta bien porque estaba al lado del aeropuerto y se agradece.

Decent for them few days
Pros:

Cleanliness of the place & location. Wasn’t too far from our activities.

Cons:

Bed was semi small, living room tv wasn’t put up; so there was only 1 tv, & water didn’t get hot.

Disappointing.
Pros:

The location was good. It was very close to the airport and not far from downtown Miami. Check-in process was flexible.

Cons:

The place is extremely small and does not justify the price. The floor was dirty. It is simply a room with a tiny area that is called "kitchen". I would not call it a "Studio Apartment".

A facilidade de fazer o check-in e o check-out.
Não precisei fazer com ninguém. Porque cheguei 01:00 da madrugada e sair as 06:00 horas da tarde. Falei com o proprietário ele foi super atencioso com os meu horário de chegada e saída
