Por el trato recibido de la gerente no repetiría.
Cons:

La estancia en general fue correcta en cuanto a limpieza y estado de la habitación, que estaba en buenas condiciones.

Sin embargo, durante toda mi estancia no funcionaron ni el WiFi ni la televisión, a pesar de que ambos servicios estaban incluidos en la reserva. Informé de ello en el hotel, pero la única solución ofrecida por la Gerente/Encargada fue compartir sus datos móviles desde un teléfono personal, lo cual no considero una alternativa adecuada.

Reservé dos noches porque tenía un vuelo por la noche y necesitaba pasar el día en la habitación, por lo que esta incidencia afectó directamente a mi estancia.

Creo que es un punto importante a mejorar, ya que hoy en día el WiFi es un servicio básico. Una pena, porque con estos aspectos solucionados la experiencia habría sido mucho mejor.
