Pas de douche pendant deux jours par manque d'eau chaude et perte de temps pour changer de chambre.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner très décevant et très limité avec des viennoiseries de la veille. Pas de micro onde pour chauffer le lait. Machine à café qui ne marchait pas correctement. Personnel pas formé.

Cons:

Hôtel correct en apparence mais qui manque sérieusement de management. Pour nous, pas d'eau chaude pendant deux jours sur un séjour de trois jours et changement de chambre à deux reprises. A l'arrivée, un courrier d'excuses posé sur le lit et pas de remboursement partiel. Nous avons contacté Booking à plusieurs reprises et une compensation symbolique de 28€ sur mon compte pour un séjour hébergement + transport d'environ 600€.

Sí, el alojamiento estuvo muy bien. La habitación era cómoda y limpia, y el trato del personal fue muy amable. En general, quedamos muy satisfechos con la estancia.

En general la estancia fue buena y estuvimos cómodos. No obstante, nos gustaría comentar una situación que no nos resultó agradable a la llegada.

Al hacer el check-in, el recepcionista nos indicó que la reserva solo constaba de dos adultos, cuando la había realizado para dos adultos, dos niños y un bebé (en mi reserva consta de todas las resinas mencionadas, pero a él no le salía en el sistema). Tras explicarlo y mostrar nuestro descontento, incluso indicando que cancelaríamos la reserva (ya que aún estaba dentro del horario permitido), nos dijo que finalmente no había problema y que podía solucionarse.

La situación nos resultó incómoda, ya que la solución solo se ofreció después de manifestar nuestra intención de cancelar, y dio la sensación de que el cambio de actitud se produjo al comprobar que el pago aún no se había efectuado.

Lo comentamos con ánimo constructivo, ya que el resto de la estancia fue correcta.

Pros:

La atención del personal fue excelente, la ubicación perfecta, a 10 mts. de avenida principal, y muy cerca de la Medina y puerto. Un hotel regentado por la familia muy amable en todo momento tanto Ibrahim q habla perfectamente español como su tia y dueña del establecimiento. Muy muy recomendable. Si volvemos a Tanger sin duda repetimos hotel.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación necesita un sillo o algo donde apoyar la maleta y el neceser en el baño. Los responsables ya nos pidieron nuestras críticas y nos dicen q estan en proceso de remodelacion

Dommage que ma chambre a été prête avec 45min de retard. Sinon tout le reste c’était parfait.

De locatie was goed , verder weinig goeds te vertellen .

Cons:

De kamer was niet zo proper , de koeling werkt amper . Het zwembad is echt vuil .
Er is veel geluid overlast in de buurt .
Ontbijten is enkel mogelijk in jullie en augustus.
Is het geld zeker niet waard.

Modern, clean, helpful staff - be prepared for location if short on time
Pros:

Staff were friendly - facilities are modern and "westernised" - cleanliness at a decent standard. Close to marina and plenty of shops nearby. Appreciated assistance on getting a taxi booked to get to the port early in the morning.

Cons:

Initial frustration at check in as explained was short on time but asked to take a seat whilst administration sorted. Check in nowadays should be quick and slick and staff prepared. By continuing to stand at the desk I think it took less time. If not comfortable taking a taxi it is a 25 minute walk from the station but if arriving on the airport bus you can get off nearer to the hotel reducing on distance to walk. This could be communicated on their website to help guests I feel.

Accueil, proximité des lieux, petit déjeuner

Cons:

Le matelas est trop mou et les coussins épais et durs. Du coup, le corps n’est pas bien aligné pendant le sommeil et le confort n’est pas au rendez-vous. Dommage, car cela nuit vraiment à la qualité du repos.
