Pros:

The location in old town is fantastic.
The man that keeps on track who is coming in and out 24/7 gives a nice safe feeling. Ladies at the reception are welcoming and helpfull with everything.

Solo holiday
Pros:

It’s in a good location. Close to the temples and there are lots of restaurants around the hotel. It’s a old hotel but it’s clean and comfortable. Staff were very nice.

Schöne Unterkunft nettes Personal
Pros:

Ansich schöne Unterkunft mit guter Lahe um Chiang Mai zu erkunden.

Cons:

Es mag an der europäischen Gewohnheit liegen, aber dass das Zimmer bei unserem 2 tägigen Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt wurde (mag unser Versehen gewesen sein) entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen und ich hätte mir bei dieser Kategorie durchaus eine Flasche Wasser pro Tag gewünscht.

Great location, big and comfortable rooms
Pros:

Great location close by a good night market and amazing coffee shops! Big, clean and comfortable room!

Cons:

The pool doesn’t get much sun, after 2 o’clock it’s shady and there are no loungers to lay on. There is the MD hotel in the same property that seems a bit cheaper than the Boutique one… not too sure why.

Large 2 bed apartment. Separate bath and shower.

Felt gloomy. Lots of little bits need attention in lounge and bathroom.

Pros:

Located in old city, close to shops, bars cafes and restaurants. Easy to walk to see temples etc. Plenty of laundry service places nearby.
Room and bathroom are large enough. We even had a bath tub in ours. All very clean. There is a pool but we didnt use so cannot comment. Plenty of the usual water, tea, coffee, toiletries supplied in room. Hotel arranges excursions at a competitive price...so no need to hunt around.

Cons:

Nothing really. No breakfast option but there are lovely cafes just outside....so not a 'dislike', just for information.
