Pros:

The breakfast, spacious dining area, cordial dining hall staff, cleanliness, helpful staff, dinner food quality and quantity all were just about right and nothing to complain about. Definitely value for money. Taxi, Bus stops are nearby. So we easily got a car to Pelling after our one night stay.

Cons:

Location wasn't the greatest , on a bylane. But the bus, taxi stops are nearby.

Staffs r good and cooperative.. the location is also prime nearby tenzing norgay bus stand.. but make sure even if you stay here do not order food from here because I stayed here for 1 night and ordered food twice and both the times I got cockroach in the food .. avoid having food here or else u may suffer from food poisoning

If you cannot find a better hotel, one night should be doable but that is the maximum

The staff was friendly

Cons:

The rooms were a bit dirty, there was no toilet paper and we had a smoker's room, which has not been defined in the booking before... that was a first for me on booking, and I have been to a lot of places around the world.

L'hôtel est proche de la station des bus mais suffisamment éloigné pour ne pas être gêné par le bruit de la rue.
SdB avec eau chaude. Bouilloire café thé. Ptit dej copieux. Ascenseur. Matelas confortable.

Cons:

Ce serait bien de mettre un peu de gaieté aux murs du restaurant. Le petit déjeuner serait moins triste au matin.
