All in all I had a great time in Fortportal and you just need to work on the concerns mentioned.
Pros:

1. I like the hygiene in the hotel is great.
2. People are welcoming and friendly.
3. It has a great view of the palace, especially in the second floor.
4. Fantastic breakfast.
5. TV channels for my little girl. She really enjoyed.

Cons:

1. The bed sheets were not changed every morning.
2. Drinking bottled water was sometimes not brought to the room, if it was brought then sometimes not to our number.
3. The room was not cleaned until we had to report one evening. This should really change.
4. One night we had our dinner in the hotel and the menu showed a plate of food was 20,000UGX. When we were paying, it was increased from 20,000 to 35,000 and then 40,000 UGX. We paid 40,000UGX. It was very disappointing to see these changes in prices.
5. Sometimes, we had to remind the heater to be switched on.

Superb
Pros:

Helpful and attentive staff. The room is large. There is a balcony. The hotel has a restaurant. The breakfasts are hearty. Room service is also available. Secure parking. The room is clean.

Cons:

There was no hot water for one day. The front door lock didn't work well. The balcony door was not locked. The shower drain is clogged. There is not enough furniture on the balcony.
