There was no communication prior to our arrival even though we had pre-paid and texted regarding our arrival process. There was no response to our texts. We arrived late at night without any understanding of how to access our room. We attempted a few different numbers and finally reached someone in person. We were given a code to access a key for Room 10. When unlocking room 10, there was a couple sleeping in the bed. Both of us were very startled to see one other. We called again and the person said they would call us back with more information. They did not call back. We called a third time and finally received directions for a key to a vacant room.

Also, booking.com property description stated this model was 2.6km from the airport. In truth, this property was 9.5 driving kilometres from the airport. The website gave false information.

The bad room smelled awful

No nearby food locations we had to order and wait over an hour.

Sehr grelle Beleuchtung im Zimmer, nur eine nicht-dimmbate Deckenleuchte.
Laute Gespräche vor dem Gebäude, insgesamt sehr hellhörig

Die Klobürste sollte dringend ersetzt werden, und im Kühlschrank befanden sich noch eine Plastikdose mit Essensresten vom Vormieter sowie ein Drinkjoghurt – das war etwas unappetitlich.

Alles in allem etwas eng aber ausreichend für eine Übernachtung vor dem Abflug
