Gute Unterkunft zu einem guten Preis nebst kostenfreier Parkplätze
Pros:

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr gut, auf meine Nachfragen wurde immer zeitnah geantwortet. Aufgrund der Wetterverhältnisse im Januar 2026 in Berlin waren wir vor unserem Flug ein Tag vorher angereist und benötigten eine Unterkunft in Nähe des Flughafen. Diese Unterkunft kann ich dafür sehr empfehlen. Gute Lage, sehr schöner Außenbereich (was wir so sehen konnten im Winter). Das Zimmer war sauber, alles vorhanden, was man für eine Übernachtung benötigt. Ich kann dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen. Die Parkplätze waren kostenlos (was in Berlin und Umgebung nicht selbstverständlich ist). Der Checkin erfolgte durch uns nach Öffnungszeit, jedoch problemlos über das Self-Check-System.

Toller Aufenthalt, gerne wieder
Pros:

Super Lage zum Flughafen, wenn man einen frühen Flug hat. Selbst Checkin war einfach und verständlich, die Gemeinschaftsküche war gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind mit liebevollen Details dekoriert. Parkplatz vor Ort

Interesting checkin, ok stay.
Pros:

The property reflected its photos, with the exception of the clothing wardrobe, which was pretty much falling apart (door wouldn't open, drawer and back/side ripped apart). Aside from that, it was clean and provided a calm environment for sleeping.

Cons:

When checking in, my flight was delayed so I showed up at 23:20 (20 minutes after the stated checkin time). I called the number in the reservation, and offered my reservation number to the person who answered, but they persisted in asking me for my name at least 10 times while looking for my reservation. When they finally found it, they told me I was in room 11, told me how to get my key, and I promptly went to room 11 and opened the door with my key, only to discover someone on the bed (further details inappropriate)! After a brief moment of supreme awkwardness, I apologized profusely and closed the door. I called back, and informed them that they had just sent me to an occupied room! Without any apology or explanation, and again asking my name several times and then finally accepting that I give them my reservation number, they found my reservation (again) and sent me to the correct room. It was a VERY unpleasant checkin experience, one that I have never encountered before.

Also, the shower drain was almost completely clogged, forcing showers to be had at 25% pressure.
