Bilik Lampu Tak Terang Sngt… lif lambat utk naik dan turun… Hotel nya tak sepadan atau tak berbaloi dngn harga nya mcm bukan 4 bintang tpi 3 bintang jer…
Near the town but not walking distance with top attractions places.
Only 1 lift functionally and too slow. A lot of time waste waiting for the lift.
One of the aircond in the room was not fully function and hot in the middle of the night.

Room was not clean at all. Black long hair all over the floor, years of dust and dirt and things lying under the bed. Won't be staying there again!
Comfortable room and bed. Clean and spacious, just nice for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 toddlers). Had a nice room with city view!
Ms Maya, the manager there was top notch in her customer service! She recommended which place to eat, where to go with the kids, which mall to go, where to shop. Even gave out a contact for laundry services which is excellent in their services too!
Riekena was sweet and helpful too. She assist me with an extra card when I forgot to bring it down to pick up my laundry. Accompany me to my hotel level and assist to unlock the door when she could have just tap the lift and go..
The other female receptionist, which i forget her name (i'm sorry!) was sweet in assisting us with the booking of taxi too! Answering my queries and questions with a thoughtful smile.. Thank you so much! To the staffs who assisted me and family during our stay there (11.05.2026-15.05.2026) thank you so so much, we had an enjoyable stay there. Will definitely visit this hotel again! ❤️
Bathroom was slightly small, no bathtub. But no worries, all is good. Also the air con took to long activate once on 😅
