Wunderschöne Zimmer.. ein von den Besten die ich bisher gesehen haben.. Und das für 4*.. es war richtig klasse das Zimmer..
im Westen gibt es sowas, wenn überhaupt für die 3x des Preises von hier
Bis auf einer oder höchstens 2 Personen, waren ziemlich aggressiv in der Sprache und Körpersprache, wenn sie überhaupt Englisch gesprochen haben..
ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass Englisch an der Rezeption möglich wäre, ohne dass der Manager dafür hingebracht werden muss.. Kommunikation an so einem Hotel mit Googletranslate finde ich lächerlich und peinlich für die Personen die dort arbeiten.. Englisch.. unfassbar..

Das Hotel hat eine der besten Lage am Berg. Es liegt direkt an der Piste. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und grosszügig geschnitten. Das Personal ist super nett und das Frühstück sehr lecker.
Jako dobra lokacija. Odmah na stazi. Sve je jako čisto i zimski, planinski uredjeno. Ogroman garderober.

Veoma hladna voda u bazenu. Konobari (sem jednog sa bradicom) nisu baš presrećni što su na svom radnom mestu. 🤣 Utisak je da sve u hotelu funkcioniše sa 50% snage.
Liked the interior, the hotel’s location, the breakfast. It was very pleasant in the spa: not too many people, clean warm towels, the pool area was very warm. The breakfast buffet wasn’t very huge, but the selection was pleasing - porridge, omelets, plenty of delicious and very fresh pastries, and ripe sweet fruits. The girls at the reception are very pleasant and polite; they are always ready to help you with some problems or confusion.
The spa area is located in the other building and connected to our accommodation block only via restaurant; so you can’t go to the spa in bathrobe. It’s not very comfortable.
It would be much more convenient if the food at breakfast were labeled.
Very cozy, great breakfast and facilities, super location.
Food was amazing, we had breakfast included with our stay, and it was wonderful. With the breakfast you can order a coffee of your choosing as well as drink of your choosing. Service was amazing as well; nothing was too much. 10+
In our use case, we did not have any bad experience or any suggestion, the only thing would be, the AC was not controllable from the room, so it was needed to be adjusted by the hotel's main control system.
