Great stay, great hotel!
Pros:

This is the best property at the ski centre in terms of access to the main ski slopes. Overall we had a great time in Grey Family. The staff are attentive, the food, including breakfast is fantastic, and the spa is spacious and not overcrowded. We will certainly be back! Everything in the hotel is of a high quality and finishing.

Cons:

The ability to pay by international cards (visa/mastercard) is an absolute must, and the hotel has to resolve this if they want to keep attracting a wide range of people.

Feel like home but in the mountains in front of the ski slope.
Pros:

Good quality everywhere. I love the decoration and the fact that the hotel is very cozy and the atmosphere makes you feel like home. Nice employees. Small but good spa. It is the second time for us at Grey .

Cons:

Staying at first floor it is not comfortable because you can hear even the movement of every chair- the bar is under the first floor and the restaurant above. So there is much noise starting 7 am…
Also I was very disappointed because we could not pay by Visa or Mastercard and they did not let us know about that. It was very unprofessional not letting the clients know( we were not the only ones having this problem).
Even with these uncomfortable situations I could not give a bad grade to this hotel because I like all the rest about it.

Excellent Ski Stay – Great Location & Outstanding Staff
Pros:

Everything was as expected – even better in many ways.
The location is perfect, very close to the ski lift, which makes it extremely convenient. The hotel also offers ski rental on-site and has an office where you can buy ski passes, which made everything simple and stress-free.

The food was great, cleaning was excellent, and the entire hotel was very well maintained. A special thank you to Kadeva for taking such great care of our room – her attention and kindness really stood out.

Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!

Cons:

The only small downside is that smoking is still allowed in the café and part of the restaurant. If you are a non-smoker, this can be a bit challenging. However, this is common in Serbia, and the hotel does provide a separate non-smoking area in the restaurant, which is not something you find everywhere.

Супер отель!
Pros:

Место расположения супер, вышел из отеля, встал на лыжи и уехал. Завтрак отличный, ремонт современный, номер большой, интернет быстрый, персонал великолепный. Одним словом, обязательно вернемся!

Pros:

Bu sene 3. kez konakladık, her zamanki gibi her şey mükemmeldi.. Geçmiş senelerden biliyoruz ki otel dışında yemek yemeğe gerek yok, menüdeki her şey çok lezzetli, bölgenin en iyisi zaten. Restoran ve kayak odası personeli bizi tanıyor artık. Gösterdikleri ilgi ve sıcaklık için teşekkür ederiz.

Cons:

Geçmiş senelerde kapalı otoparka aracımızı ücretsiz bırakıyorduk, bu sene bu politika değişmiş nedense.. Ayrıca mastercard, visa kartlarıyla otel içi harcama ödemelerini yapamadık, bu konuda da politika değişmiş.. Nakit para yanınızda bulundurmanız gerekiyor.
Oda ısısı fazla geliyor, ayarı gündüzden yapıp kapatmak gece rahat uyumayı sağlar.. Bir de yastıklar çok fazla yumuşak, sertliği kontrol edip ona göre talep edin.
