Pros:

Отель на склоне, можно с горы сразу в ски рум заехать. Очень камерное пространство, мало людей, нет очередей в лифте, в номерах тихо и комфортно. Персонал прекрасный, вежливый и отзывчивый. Уютный, небольшой, но хороший спа: хамам, сауна и бассейн, все с правильной темприратурой. Спортзал небольшой, тренажеров мало, но позаниматься можно вполне

Завтраки скудные, в буфете немного овощей, из качественного белка только вареные яйца, из альтернатив сосиски и консервы. Можно заказать дополнительно по меню на выбор несколько блюд, но все лирное и везде каймак. Были несколько раз,завтраки не меняются.
В ресторане на ужин приносят, казалось бы комплимен: воду, хлеб и намазки, но это не комплимент и их вносят в счет, причем все умножают на число персон, можно отказаться или не есть, но в счете все равно будет. Очень странно. Сказали, что таков СЕРВИС.
Сумма небольшая по 300-400 динар на человека, но неприятно такое навязывание.
Еще при выселении выставляют счет за сервис за каждую ночь проживания, хотя номер полностью оплачен на букинге. Тоже не много, 300 динар/ночь, но что за сервис, откуда? Повысьте стоимость номера на эту сумму, чтобы гости не чувствовали себя обманутыми. В отеле не принимают карты виза и мастеркард, для гостей с зарубежными картами такой сюрприз при выселении может доставить неудобства
