Agradable para descansar y disfrutar de la playa en primera linea
Pros:

Desayuno bueno, nada expeccional pero muy delicioso

Cons:

Habia demasiado zancudo en la habitacion, cuando preguntamos en recepción si podían ayudarnos, solo respondieron que no, no tenían ningún repelente o algo similar.

Decepcionante
Cons:

Pagué dos habitaciones con vista al mar, el Staff se negó a darme la habitación que reservé.
Finalmente me dieron habitaciones que no quería por un precio igual de alto que las otras con $10 de diferencia. Las instalaciones están prácticamente abandonadas, descuidadas y la mayoría en mal estado. Empezando por que tienen un elevador viejo y sin sensores, no le avisan a nadie, lo cual me parece increíblemente peligroso, un niño podría ser aplastado ahí.
Segundo, cuando llegamos el agua caliente de la habitación no servía. Llamé y me dijeron que “mandarían a alguien de limpieza a enseñarme como poner el agua caliente” me parece insólito que pagando $$$ el día no puedan tener llaves funcionando. Luego enviaron a mantenimiento, ensuciando la regadera, atrasándome ya que tenía un evento justo al llegar y no podían cambiarme de habitación.
El baño del cuarto nuevo olía constantemente a cloaca.
Las habitaciones no tienen refrigerador ni cafetera. Dejan pocas toallas considerando a la cantidad de huéspedes de la habitación.
Hay un “gimnasio” con maquinas viejísimas incluso dudo que limpien ahí, el olor a polvo es prominente.
No se cuantas veces la tarjeta para ingresar a la habitación se desconfiguró, y las señoritas de limpieza me ayudaron a abrir la habitación.

El desayuno es todos los días lo mismo: Huevos sin sabor estrellado o revuelto, jamón, frijoles y plátanos
Al final hay una fila de pan y un tostador viejísimo que tarda aproximadamente 3 minutos para tostar
No hay fruta ni panqueques, supongo que es extra
Y es racionado (si es que aparece alguien a servir, ya que sirven y se van sin decirle nada a la gente, dejándoles esperando)

Se supone que el hotel incluye parqueo, pero no son capaces de guardarle parqueo a sus huéspedes ya que el mismo guardia, confiesa que aparta parqueos por 100 pesos.

In short, the staff, the room, the facilities, the view and the food are all top-notch!
Pros:

This was my second visit to Hotel Quinta Real. The staff there make all the difference in the world! I received truly exceptional service at every level. The balcony view of the beach and pool was delightful! This is definitely a family friendly place!!

Cons:

Make sure to bring a non-slip bathmat as the tub/shower is wonderfully clean, but a bit slippery. If you don't bring your own, you can purchase one cheaply at the local Walmart.
