In short, the staff, the room, the facilities, the view and the food are all top-notch!
Pros:

This was my second visit to Hotel Quinta Real. The staff there make all the difference in the world! I received truly exceptional service at every level. The balcony view of the beach and pool was delightful! This is definitely a family friendly place!!

Cons:

Make sure to bring a non-slip bathmat as the tub/shower is wonderfully clean, but a bit slippery. If you don't bring your own, you can purchase one cheaply at the local Walmart.

El personal es muy amable y servicial, la habitación estaba bien muy acogedora.

Por el precio por noche en este Hotel, esperaba algo más, cobran como un Hotel de lujo pero no lo es, es un Hotel básico un poco descuidado y antiguo, puertas de acceso a los pasillos en mal estado, amenidades nulas el gimnasio en mal estado la mayoría de máquinas, en el área de la piscina y mar se nota que le hace falta bastante mantenimiento,

realmente esperaba más por el precio, no lo recomiendo no vale la pena pagar tanto aquí.. no obtienes gran diferencia entre pagar otro hotel de menor costo.

Cons:

La comida. En otros hoteles es desayuno buffet donde las personas pueden tomar y comer lo que gusten. Aquí no. Solo era un desayuno y la mantequilla estaba en mal estado.
