Pros:

V tomto hotelu jsme byly již počtvrté a pokaždé spokojenost. Krásný hotel, velmi milý personál, všude čisto, bohatá nabídka na snídani.

Cons:

Škoda, že nefunguje hotelová restaurace, ale je v rekonstrukci, takže prý někdy v září by již mohla fungovat.

Špatná komunikace ze strany personálu, zkažené potraviny na snídani
Pros:

Hotel je v zajímavém a působivém stylu, čistý, umístěn v centru.

Cons:

Komunikace personálu byla již po telefonu velmi špatná, nereagují zpět na zmeškaný hovor, ani se neomluví za napadený rezervační systém hackery a zneužití mých osobních údajů. Nikdo ze zaměstnanců ( vyjma recepce při příchodu ) nezdraví! A to ani na snídani. Na snídani podávána zkažená šunka, která byla jak samostatně na tácu, tak součástí sýrové rolády. Pravděpodobně bylo zkaženého i něco dalšího, čeho jsme si nevšimly, jelikož jsme měly obě zažívací potíže a toto bylo naše jediné společné jídlo.
Poskytnut nám byl pokoj v přízemí, přímo nad ulicí, která byla v rekonstrukci a to i přes to, že zbytek hotelu byl prázdný s pokoji orientovanými na druhou ( klidnou ) stranu.
V tomto hotelu jsme bydlely před lety a byly jsme velmi spokojené, bohužel musím konstatovat, že to, co jsme zažily nyní bylo velmi smutné a 4* si rozhodně nezaslouží.

Luxusní hotelový pobyt
Pros:

Za průměrnou cenu hotelového pobytu dostane velmi nadprůměrnou službu. Krásný, stylový, čistý, klidný hotel se skvělou polohou na hlavním náměstí. Dostali jsme obrovský pokoj, krásně zařízený, funkční, pohodlný a naprosto čistý s každodenním úklidem. Skvělé snídaně naplněné velmi kvalitním a nápaditým jídlem, velmi dobré večeře. Úžasný přístup personálu, zejména servis v hotelové restauraci Marilyn. Celkově se jednalo o luxusní hotelový zážitek, který můžeme jen doporučit!

Cons:

Pouze drobnosti: Jelikož se jednalo o krajový a rozlehlý pokoj, večer v něm bylo lehce chladno, jelikož topení topilo v tuto dobu pouze omezeně. Vzhledem k nižšímu počtu hostů byly večeře co do nabídky jídel omezenější, přesto velmi chutné a kulinářsky kvalitní.
