Velice příjemná a ochotná recepční. Bohaté snídaně. Pokoj pro rodinu s 2 dětmi dostačující. Super lokalita -
ubytování jsme měli jako základnu, ze které jsme vyráželi na výlety.

Cons:

Na pokoji nefungovali některé zásuvky a lednice.

Krásné prostředí v centru České Lípy

Opravdu krásný hotel na skvělém místě. Čistota a pohodlné postele. Spousta prostoru. Chutná snídaně.

Cons:

Na čtyřhvězdičkový hotel bych čekala na pokoji i kávovar a např. kapesníky a jiné kosmetické drobnosti. Také větší koš by byl fajn. Poslední noc přišla bouřka a střešním oknem nám kapalo přímo do postele. Ráno jsme to oznámili na recepci, tak snad už to dalšího ubytovaného nepotká.

Přístup personálu, welness, stylově zaměřený hotel, snídaně. Skvěle vyřešena chybka s večeří:-)

Cons:

Lednice v podstatě nechladila, jen opravdu málo. U přistýlky pro dítě se nedala použít zásuvka, když tam máte polštář a hlavu:-)
