I had to run from the hotel because it was so disgusting

The dust all over layers it was never touched nobody cleaned it they didn’t offer to give me back my money they even took extra

Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and was very satisfied with my experience. The hotel was very good, and the staff were excellent, friendly, and very quick to respond to any request.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and offered a great variety of dishes, all of which were fresh, tasty, and appetizing.

I would especially like to thank Um Mustafa, the supervisor in charge of breakfast. She was wonderful and always made sure the breakfast was presented beautifully, fresh, and served hot. Her attention to detail, kindness, and excellent service really made the breakfast experience special.
