The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to the city and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, courteous, and responsive. When we raised concerns about the cleanliness of our room, they accommodated our request to move us to another room without any issues, which we appreciated.
The cleanliness of the rooms was well below an acceptable standard. We found visible mold on the shower walls, glass, and shower door, which was very unpleasant and raised hygiene concerns. We also saw a bug crawling on the bed, making the room feel unclean. In addition, the sofa bed was extremely old, worn out, and no longer fit for its intended purpose, making it uncomfortable and impractical to use. Overall, the condition and cleanliness of the accommodation were very disappointing and fell far short of what we expected.

הכריות ומזרנים לא נוחים , לא ניקו את החדר רק במידה ונבקש , תמיד חייב לבקש שמפו מגבות וכו.. , הריח של המגבות לא טוב , ביום הראשון לא יכולתי לישון מהריח של הבישול בחדר אוכל הריח נכנס לחדר משעות הבוקר .
המעלית רועדת בתנועה הראשונה וזה מפחיד .
במקלחון הראש דוש בחדר רחצה לא מכוון נכון כל המים בורחים לזכוכית ולהמשך של החדר רחצה אין אופציה להתקלח בראש דוש.

كان تعامل الفندق راقياً جداً حيث تميزو بحسن الأستقبال وسرعة الأستجابه لجميع الطلبات وهذه ليس تجربتي الأولى معهم ومازلت ارى بأنهم الفندق الاجمل والأول في عمان شكراً لكم جميعاً

המיקום והנוף מדהימים והמיטות נוחות והצוות מדהים במיוחד יש בחורה בשם אלאא ובחור שעובד בלילה עיראקי לא יודעת את שמו נתנו שירות מעולה אדיבים מאוד

When checked they changed the room, no towels and soap were available until I requested. Very poor check out and staff tried to make me pay again claiming that I didn’t pay the booking. This delayed my check out and the way they tried to manipulate me was very unprofessional.
