Cons:

Das Bett war sehr abgelegen und nicht so komfortabel, aber für eine Nacht ok.

das Frühstückbuffet war mit grosse Vielfalt ausgestattet. habe einiges probiert und es schmeckte herrlich.
habe auch noch die feinen Praline, welche im Restaurant befinden ausprobiert und die schmeckten sehr gut.

Cons:

mir ist nichts bekannt, das mir nicht gefallen hat. darum würde ich das Hotel weiter entfehlen. Danke

Trotz des Alters des Hotels immer noch eine der besten Adressen in Linz mit hervorragender Aussicht auf die Donau.
Pros:

Zimmer, Sauberkeit, Ruhe, Café.

Cons:

Komplizierter Check-in mit tablet. Musste das 3x machen MIT Unterstützung des Personals, das sich oft entschuldigt hat für die Umstände.

12 Mails für 1 Übernachtung
Pros:

Frühstück und es hat alles funktioniert. Ausserdem war die Nacht ruhig und bequem.

Cons:

Wenn ich für eine einzige Übernachtung 12 E-Mails erhalte und dann die Arbeit fürs ein und Auschecken trotzdem selbst übernehmen muss, ist dies alles andere als Kundenorientiert.
Das WLAN/Internet ist ein schlechter Witz.

Tolles Frühstück, sehr freundliches Team!
Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber.
(Neues Arcotel wird in den nächsten Wochen in 100 m Entfernung eröffnet.)

Lage top für uns, direkt an der Donau und in der Nähe vom Zentrum. Service freundlich und bemüht, Zimmerpreis fair

Cons:

Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, Zimmer abgewohnt und abgenutzt. Parkplätze relativ teuer, 2 Tage € 38.

Las vistas desde el piso 10 del rio son hermosas, es un hotel con instalaciones antiguas pero comodo y limpio. El precio estaxmuy bien. 15 o 20 minutos caminando al centro historico. Las personas del bar muy atentas. Regresaria sin duda.
