Extrem schlechter Hotelaufenthalt

Der Ausblick auf die Donau

Cons:

Das Personal beim Check-in war extrem unfreundlich. Nur Hinweis auf Self-Check-in. Eines von zwei Zimmern war um 16 Uhr noch nicht fertig. Als 2. Paar später ankam, hieß es, es gäbe keine Reservierung unter diesem Namen. Erst nach Telefonat kam die Info, dass bereits eingecheckt.
Zimmer haben KEINE Klimaanlage. Es steht zwar auch nicht in der Zimmerbeschreibung. Dennoch ist dies in 4-Sterne Kategorie eigentlich Standard. Hotel ist generell in die Jahre gekommen. Bei den Betten spürt man die Federkernmatratzen durch.
Reinigung standardmäßig erst ab der 3. Nacht zum Schutz der Bienen. Vermutlich eher, um zu sparen.
Personal beim Frühstück komplett unmotiviert und unfreundlich. Auf Frage, ob man einen 4. Sessel zu einem Tisch bekommen könnte, hieß es nach lustlosem in die Runde Schauen: "Nein, das ist ein Tisch für 3." Musste selbst Sessel holen. Personal steht nur beisammen und tratscht.
Schmutziges Geschirr wird nicht abgeräumt.
Ich kann das Hotel definitiv NICHT empfehlen.

nettes Hotel mit Ecken und Kanten
Pros:

tolle Lage des Hotels und sehr schöne Aussicht auf LINZ und die Donau in den oberen Stockwerken.
Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichlich und umfangreich.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wenn man genau hinsieht, ist ein gewisser Investitons- und Modernisierungsrückstau bemerkbar.
Der Check-In Prozeß über das Tablet ist sehr mühsam und Zeitaufwendig.
Leider gibt es nur zwei Tablets zum Einchecken und somit sind wartezeiten vorprogrammiert.

Die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück sind nciht sehr hilfsbereit und nicht besonders freundlich.
So wurde keinerlei Notiz genommen und man ist mit anderen Dingen beschäftigt, als sich um die Kunden und Gäste zu kümmern.

Weiters konnte keine Auskunft über die Lademöglichkeiten von e-Autos gegeben werden. Weder der genaue Ort konnte genannt werden oder welche Provider (ladekarten) akzeptiert werden.

La posizione ottima, la struttura moderna è dotata di aria condizionata, che in giorni caldi come quello in cui siamo stati, fa davvero comodo. Dotato anche di garage per mettere auto e biciclette

Buena ubicación con lindas vistas al Danubio

Muy buena ubicación y cerca del centro de la ciudad. También está al borde del río Danubio con muchas actividades deportivas a su alrededor

La habitación que nos tocó un poco antigua, comparada con otras estancias en Europa donde estuve con un precio similar

In urgent need of air condition
Pros:

The breakfast, the kind personnel and the view to Danube.

The room was basic and there was no air conditioning. It was boiling hot and we could not stay in the room.
