I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

I loved the location, it was close to restaurants, markets and shopping stores. It really felt like a home away from home. I needed to work while on vacation and the room made me feel very comfortable to do so. I had options of working at a desk or at a nice counter in the kitchen area! The beds are very comfortable and soft !!

Cons:

I would have really loved for the showers to have handheld shower heads. I was traveling with my elderly mother and that is definitely something beneficial for her.

Class A Stay
Pros:

The total package...walked into the unit with a complete kitchen minus food and condiments, of course, even had a dish washer!

And, it had like a den along with a bedroom with a TV in each area.

Bathroom stocked with a wall shampoo and body wash. And so clean.

Cons:

I can't think of a thing I didn’t like.

The code to open the lockbox was sent via email. Since we were traveling and i don't have email on my phone, getting our room key was an issue. I would have appreciated a text instead.

I was dissatisfied
Pros:

You don't have breakfast. I been waiting for you guys to call me back. My air was messed up. I was eaten alive by fleas. I stayed one night. But I booked three. I got no reimbursement back at all.

Pros:

Nice room. Secure entry - not shared with public access. Priced right. Clean, comfortable, exactly what we needed.

No sugar or creamer packs in room. Coffee - yes, but hope you like it black.

Cons:

Scuffs and scrapes on the wall, a hole maybe from the door in the drywall. Some dark stains on the bathroom door and wall in bedroom

Great value and comfort
Pros:

The room, the facilities (gym) were excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were the most welcoming and friendly not to mention efficient folks I've ever encountered . Oh and the big fluffy towels made me feel like I was at a high dollar spa. I would so recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The only knock against the room was that the AC was kinda loud. However, it did it's job and kept us cool and comfortable.

The room was dirty
I pulled back the bed linen and the sheets had hair on them
Plus brown stains
Call front office got a voicemail

Cons:

Left a message front office called back 30 minutes later went looking for linen the came up with the idea switch rooms got settled in new room only to be awakened 1am to fire alarm going for 20minutes myself and family got fully dressed and packed to sleep in car
Front office finally turned it off

Mention everything to front desk
I was told can't get a refund until
I speak to booking.com
