Heel goed en kom zeker weer terug.
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel. Kamers zijn schoon en ruim.

Cons:

Ontbijt is normaal. Kan beter. Is meer zoetigheden.
Airco maakt veel geluid.

Very Disappointing Experience

This was our first time in Miami, and we chose this place because of its good reviews and how it was presented online, including as beachfront. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different.

The smell was unbelievably bad, and the place was in very poor condition. Both my children have asthma, so we had to leave within an hour.

The staff initially allowed us to check in early, but pressured us for a 5-star review. When we complained, the staff and manager were extremely rude and refused to refund our money, telling us to deal with Booking.com.

I also accidentally left some jewellery there. When I returned, they said they had not found anything.

Very disappointing experience. We would not recommend this place.

Pros:

Super zentral gelegen, ganz in der Nähe des Strandes. Besonders gut sind die Liegestühle am Strand, die inklusive sind – perfekt, um den Strand zu geniessen!

Wonderful stay minutes from Miami beach south beach
Pros:

The location is great, wonderful old style hotel, delicious breakfast helpful staff
2 free longue at the beach for free for hotel guest you have to pay only for the umbrella if need
Feets from beach , wonderful sitting for breakfast on the colins avenue

Cons:

The unavailability of washing machines or dryer in the hotel or nearby with unavailable place to put our wet swimming clothes
The nearest lundary to each and dry your clothes 20 minutes away on foot but it can decrease to 5 minutes if you go with free trolley

Ubicación y el poder disponer de una pequeña cocina equioada con cubiertos, platos, jabón, estropajo, papel de cocina y menaje, lo que permite poder cenar o comer en la habitación.

Cons:

El aparato de aire acondicionado es antiguo y ruidoso, como el de todas las habitaciones. La falta de una buena insonorización hace que haya ruido en la habitación proveniente tambien del resto de aparatos de las otras habitaciones. No impide dormir pero es molesto.

Pros:

Lovely place and best location posible, it was near to all the places you need to go in south beach. Everything was to a walkable distance, if you like, or well connected by bus.

The hotel was confortable and clean. The staff friendly and helpful. I'd definitely go back in my next visit.

Cons:

Breakfast options are limited, I'd suggest a little more fruit.

Wir konnten viel früher aufs Zimmer, Wunsch nach Zimmer ohne weite Wege wurde erfüllt , immer Parkplatz vor der Haustür oder in nahegelegener Garage frei, Frühstück am Zimmer, Nähe zum Strand inkl 2 Liegen und Towels
