Terrible
Cons:

On booking for com it is stated that this hotel has parking. This is a lie. The hotel does not have parking. They do have valet parking but that charges extra 100 dollars.
Second, my car got damaged in valet parking and car rental has charged me 1400 dollars. I need my refund

ottima posizione in South Beach
Pros:

posizione ottima, colazione più che adeguata. purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire del servizio spiaggia per questioni di tempo/meteo.

Very pleasant stay in a great location
Pros:

Great location, just a 3-minute walk to the beach. Breakfasts were okay, staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was big, clean and beautifully cleaned every day. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back.

Es un lugar muy acogedor y uno se siente seguro

Cons:

La hora del desayuno, era de 8:00 a 9:30 pero si uno llegaba a las 8:20 le quedaban pocas opciones para escoger.
Todo se acababa muy rápido.
Tampoco nos dijeron cuando llegamos que teníamos opción de pedir cocina, nos dimos cuenta el día que nos fuimos porque un muchacho preguntó

Selon le personnel,pas toujours agréable.
Les nappes du petit déjeuner n'ont jamais été changé.
Les nuits étaient difficiles car des groupes faisaient la fête et laissaient leurs enfants seuls à l'hôtel. Ils faisaient un bruit infernal mais personne n'intervenait.

Localização, quarto e café da manhã bons.

Cons:

Um dos recepcionistas muito antipatico . Esquecemos uma garrafa de champanhe no quarto e qd perguntei a ele se haviam encontrado, não me deu atenção e disse que não podia fazer nada pq o quarto já estava ocupado. Isso tudo aconteceu apenas algumas horas após o check out.
