Staff super gentile e attento a tutte le cose, transfert impeccabile, super organizzato.

Très bel hôtel, emplacement proche du centre, en hauteur avec une superbe vue sur le Nil.
Petit déjeuner copieux, piscine encore fraiche mais très agréable.
Tout est fourni, plus que beaucoup d'autres hôtels (peigne, brosse chaussures, nécessaire de couture...)

Cons:

Le prix du restaurant le soir, c'était un buffet à volonté, de qualité certes mais au prix élevé (25 euros/personne), et de plus rien n'est indiqué avant concernant le coût.
Un restaurant en ville étant autour de 7 euros max/personne

Excellent stay , value for money and most beautiful views!
Pros:

Our room had a most wonderful view of the Nile/1st cateract. Good, clean and roomy room. Most friendly staff. Very good breakfast with excellent choice.

Buon hotel confortevole , piscina piacevole dopo visite, comodo per aeroporto e passeggiata sul lungo Nilo . Colazione buona, ristorante con cena economico e cibo ben fatto. Box Colazione per partenze presto. Colazione dalle 6.

Meiner Frau hätte es weniger erschreckt, wenn die Verstopfung der Badewanne nicht dem hinterlassen Haaren der Vorgäste geschuldet wären.

La vue sur le Nil

Cons:

Les fenêtres pas étanche qui laisse entrer la poussière quand il y a du vent, la clim assez bruyante et inefficace, buffet moyen.
En résumé un hôtel dont le prix a augmenté mais sans que les investissements / rénovations ne soient faits.

Nice Oasis in a chaotic city
Pros:

Nice pool, great staff, great breakfast. The place is nice as it’s removed from the chaotic city where everyone hassles you until you yell at them to buzz off which is hard for Canadians to do.
The man who did our laundry was awesome!

The bedsheets were just ok quality.
