Beautiful Aswan oasis
Pros:

Everything. Staff, facilities. Pool is particularly nice on hot days or evening. Reasonable prices at restaurant. Staff is particularly attentive.

Séjour magnifique dans ce bel hôtel
Pros:

L’accueil a été très chaleureux par Reham qui a pris soin de me contacter avant notre arrivée pour s’assurer de l’organisation du transfert à l’hôtel. Cet hôtel est calme avec une vue sur le Nil incroyable. La décoration de style Nubian est de bon goût. Le restaurant de l’hôtel avec sa magnifique terrasse est également très agréable et les mets sont bons. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le séjour à cet hôtel et si nous revenons à Aswan, nous y retournerons.

الفطار كان ممتاز ومتنوع وجودة وطعم ممتاز --- والمكان روعة -- موقع مميز باسوان علي التلة تري اسوان الجميلة الڤيو روعة -- بصراحة عجبني الموقع ..نظافه المكان ممتازة ...حمام السباحه النظيف وهادي من غير موسيقى مزعجة ، وده بيخلي المكان كله مليان راحة واسترخاء ... الفندق كله نظيف وجميل وروعة . تجربتي في فندق بسمة أسوان كانت ممتازة .... وبصراحة لم اتوقعها ... عندما عرفوا يوم وصولي هو ليلة فرحي وانني وصولي بعد انتهاء الفرح ... تم عمل ترقية الغرفة الي غرفة اكبر وفيو روعة مجانا هدية من الفندق ... بصراحة كانت مفاجأة جميلة ورائعة من ادارة الفندق ... واشطر مدير الفندق ومديرة العلاقات العامة وموظفي الاستقبال علي حفاوة الاستقابل وكل العاميلن بالفندق ... ما اروع الابتسامة علي وجوه العاملين ما اروعها ... ما اجمل لطف طاقم ال فندق بدون استئناء ، دايمًا مهتمين ومستعدين يساعدوا. عملوا كل حاجة علشان إقامتي تكون سعيدة ومثالية .

A pleasant stay in Aswan with comfortable rooms, tasty breakfasts, and beautiful Nile views.
Pros:

Breakfast: Delicious and varied fresh fruit, local breads and pastries, eggs made to order, hot Egyptian dishes, and good coffee; plenty of options to start the day.

Room: Clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with a cozy bed, reliable AC, fast Wi‑Fi, helpful housekeeping, and useful amenities (safe, minibar, kettle).

View: Stunning Nile-facing vistas with beautiful sunrises and river activity, or peaceful garden/palm views from the balcony, very relaxing and photogenic. Many thanks to Reham, Meriam, and Felobater for their outstanding performance and professionalism. They were truly wonderful and lovely to my family and me.
