The staff was very helpful and friendly, that made a huge difference! I don't speak Spanish and the front desk staff placed my room service order for me, that was very helpful.
There is no air conditioning but that is just a normal thing in Peru. There was a really nice ceiling fan though that was more than ample and it was remote control.

Staff were helpful and accommodating. My initial room showed that the sheets hadn't been changed, I checked in very late and was feeling very unhappy about the situation. The receptionist was kind and understanding. She organized a room change for me.
The room I was given was facing the main road and you could hear every noise from the road and the airplanes. The bed was hard the pillows were very soft. It was a very uncomfortable night, I only slept (a short sleep) because I was so tired and woke up very sore.
There should be some form of noise reduction installed. It was such a nice room but very uncomfortable.
