The worse experience we had.
Cons:

Nobody was at the Front Desk when we came to Chek-in. We had to wait 30 minute to see someone coming at the desk. Check-in Process was worse. Check-in Time was 11am. We came at the night 11:30pm. The boy at the desk said, there are no room ready. We will have to wait 2hours. When we insisted that we should get a room immediately, he asked us to stay in a half cleaned room. That room was full of Insects. Linens were dirty. Toilet was dirty. Bedsheets and Pillow cover had urine smells. We decided to check out. We asked for a refund. They didn't give. We have taken videos and Photos. We are planning to give a complaints at Consumer Court.

Cons:

Extremely unhygienic and dirty. No proper response from staff, very arrogant replies asking who told you to book here. Doesn’t check if the room is clean before alloting, used bedsheets with alcohol and food thrown inside the room and that room is been given to us. Foul smell in room, not even a water bottle been provided. Doesn’t allow early check in even for an hour at 10.am asking us to wait for an hour. We even told customer care agreed for early check in , but still they dint allow. Pathetic place.

Many things like washroom was not clean, not room access to keyboard everything i have to request the staff to open the door which is horrible and waste of time, bedsheets were having blood stains, fan and ac were set to run at a certain speed and temperature which would not be changed.
Overall pathetic maintenance and service.just the staff behavior was good except the main hotel incharge she is not even aware of all these.
