التجربة سئءية جدا للاقامة فى هذا الفندق بداية من الحجز عن طريق بوكينج حيث تم معامالتى كاجنبى وتم تحصيل منى 138 دولار مع انى مصرى ومسجل مصرى . و عرفت ان الاقامة فى هذا الفندق ب1500 ج/ يوم وتم تحصيل منى 3500 ج / يوم عن طريق بوكيتنج
ولا توجد خدمة غرف ولا حمل حقائب ولا نظافة ووجد عنكبوت وحشرات فى الغرفة وعدم وجود ورق تواليت ولا صابون ولا فوط والازعاج المستمر طول اليل من الحفلات والافراح ومعاملة افراد الريسيبشن غير جيدة بعدم تواجدهم فى مكان العمل .
لا انصح تماما الاقامة فى هذا الفندق

- Cleanliness level was not good
- Breakfast portions were very small
- Room service was not professional
- Very noisy due to wedding parties in every corner in the place
- No activities can be done except watching tv

My purpose in writing to you today is to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Jewel Plaza Hotel
Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several significant issues that I feel compelled to bring to your attention.

Firstly, I would like to address the excessive noise disturbance that persisted throughout the night during my stay. It became evident that the hotel hosted multiple wedding parties, resulting in an intolerable level of noise that prevented me, as well as many other guests, from getting a peaceful night's sleep.

The continuous commotion and loud music disrupted the tranquility that one expects when staying at a hotel, causing considerable discomfort and frustration.

Secondly, the state of the bathrooms in the hotel was highly unsatisfactory. I found them to be poorly maintained, outdated, and lacking proper design. The overall cleanliness and hygiene standards were subpar, with peeling wallpaper, leaking fixtures, and unpleasant odors. It was disheartening to encounter such conditions, especially considering the reputation of your establishment.

Furthermore, I was taken aback by the presence of an excessive number of cats within the hotel premises.
These cats were roaming freely and exhibited behavior that was not only disruptive but also unhygienic. They were seen eating in various areas of the hotel, including the dining area, which was highly unappealing and unappetizing. This situation created an uncomfortable atmosphere for guests, particularly those with allergies or aversions to animals.

As a paying customer, it is disheartening to have experienced these issues during my stay at your hotel. I believe that it is crucial for you to be aware of these concerns in order to rectify the situation and ensure that future guests do not encounter similar problems. I trust that you take these matters seriously and will take immediate action to address them.

The staff were so rude all !
First they told us while booking that we are allowed to bring our hairstylists and makeup artists with no limited number as we payed for a day use ! Then when they arrive with their assistants , the staff refused to accept the assistants without extra fees ! And we payed but they caused a lot of noise and ruined our day, they were so rude and disrespectful! Very overpriced hotel compared to the service!!
In addition the beds were sooo dirty , they don't clean it from guest to another !! and we couldn't sleep at all

Breakfast portion could be a little bigger and could be more elaborate. Although I have chosen to pay at the hotel, but they must have a visa option , this was a major problem that they didn’t have it.

A ceremony open-air place is adjacent to the hotel where the crowd of the speakers and music are very disturbing

It was so noisy with 4 weddings all around till 11 pm

No wifi but it will come they said
