Warm welcome and complimentary shots of mastiha upon arrival. Property was clean when we arrived. Pool was aesthetically nice.
Stressful experience. On checkout day, we were just 10 minutes late when the cleaning lady knocked twice, followed by the manager showing up with a rude attitude, insisting we leave immediately. The room was much smaller than shown in the photos. Despite warnings to keep nets closed due to bees and insects, mosquitoes were everywhere. After our second night, the room was only superficially cleaned — a dead mosquito from the night before was still on the wall and the toilet floor still dirty.
Sound insulation was terrible; we could hear everything, even our neighbor snoring. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and stressful.
The location was not easily accessible due to a damaged road, which became even worse after it rained on the last day, leaving the entire area covered in mud.

Apartment is in the fairy tale place , near beautifull Stavronikity beach , but close to picturesque small city eith tavernas .
Very piecfull , with beatifull forst near and san flower feald , with the sea smell one word WONDERFULL
I liked everything
Όμορφη τοποθεσία δίπλα στο δάσος. Πολύ στιλάτη minimal αισθητική στα δωμάτια και τους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, Πλούσιο πρωινό στο δωμάτιο, εξαιρετική πισίνα (και η ιδιωτική και η κοινόχρηστη) και πολύ καλό pool bar. Πολύ καλή υποδοχή και περιποίηση, διακριτικότητα. Παχύ, μαλακό στρώμα, πολλά μαξιλάρια. Ίσως λίγο άβολη εσωτερική διαρρύθμιση με εσωτερική σκάλα (λόγω οικοδομικών κανονισμών), παρόλα αυτά άνετη, ήσυχη και ήρεμη διαμονή με στυλ.
Ενδεχομένως να απαιτείται ένας γάντζος ή βέργα περισσότερα στο μπάνιο για τις πετσέτες και ενδεχομένως δυνατότητα streaming στην τηλεόραση. Είναι όμως πραγματικά ελάχιστες πρακτικές παρατηρήσεις σε ένα κατά τα άλλα εξαιρετικό και πολύ όμορφο κατάλυμα.
Situato in una location tranquilla, molto accogliente, pulita, piscina e pulizia ogni giorno.

Location is in perfect, in proximity to many beaches at Sani, owners and stuff are extremely helpful and are accommodating all request, pool is splendid for morning swim.
We really enjoyed our stay at Oikos Sani. The main pool was exactly what we were hoping for, and the staff’s warm welcome and care made the experience even more special. The surrounding nature creates a calm, relaxing atmosphere.
Wonderful and caring hosts, very pleasant property setting and natural habitat, very appropriate arrangement in every respect. Happily looking forward to returning.

Der Pool ist fantastisch zum entspannen. Das Hotel ist in einer ruhigen Gegend sehr gut zum abschalten.
