I would always stay at this hotel when I am in Amman and would need to stay in a hotel.
Pros:

Great location, nice and friendly staff particulary the manager is a great guy.

Cons:

A few comments: While not every day, on some days a few of the breakfast items did not seem very fresh. It’s possible they were fine, but that was my impression at the time.
Regarding room cleaning, the service was quite poor. The cleaner only made the bed and emptied the trash bins, but no other essential cleaning was done. I wanted to raise this with management, but I was concerned it might negatively affect the staff involved. Therefore, I am mentioning it here as a general comment here.

The only positive thing was the helpful and friendly staff.

Cons:

The photos do not match reality. In fact, the hotel is very old and worn out: the carpet is worn, the walls are scratched and dirty. The plumbing is worn out, and the shower looks terrible. It was very cold in the hotel. There was an air conditioner, but it didn’t help much.

The breakfast was very tasteless and didn’t look fresh. The oatmeal is just instant porridge that the cook pours hot diluted milk over right in front of you.

The hotel is far from the center. We had a car, so it wasn’t a big problem for us, but without a car it would be very difficult to get there on your own.

The only positive thing was the helpful and friendly staff.

Super séjour : personnel très sympa, hôtel parfait
Pros:

L’hôtel est parfait ! La chambre est très propre. Le personnel est vraiment très sympa et accueillant. Franchement, rien à redire. Le petit déjeuner est au top. Je recommande.

Pros:

Wegen der Lage des Hotels am Stadthighway war es ziemlich noisy.
