Me hospedaron en una habitación que no pedi por qué les especifique en una habitación con vista bonita y no mucho ruido me dieron la habitación cerca del cuarto de servicio y en la mañana hacían ruido no pude dormir y creo que no Lee las especificaciones de los clientes

Excelente atención del personal. Habitaciones cómodas y en buen estado. Excelente ubicación. Viaje sola con mi hija y me senti muy segura definitivamente lo recomiendo.

Cons:

La alberca y jacuzzi un poco sucio pero creo fue por que llegue en dia domingo, ya que el Lunes estaban muy limpias.

Loud, dirty sheets, no wifi
Pros:

The room itself wasn't bad. The bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. The night staff was the nicest person on staff.

Cons:

The sheets have blood stains (attached pictures). The bathroom door is pressed wood and was crumbling and disgusting (attached pictures). It is very loud. The pool is open until 11 pm and was full or parties, plus there are 3 hotels in in row with similar pool parties happening. Wifi was awful, you could only get it in the lobby or hallway. The photos are a lot nicer than reality. Would never stay here again.
