Nice Hotel with friendly staff.
Good staff
Location will be in city centre but it has a steep slope which makes your vehicle not possible to drop you till hotel and pickup.. also no elevator for stairs so for seniors it will be an issue
We had a wonderful experience at High Garden Hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and professional.
What truly stood out was their incredible kindness and willingness to help. During our stay, my car tire suddenly went completely flat. It was a difficult situation, but the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us. They put in a lot of effort and took the time to help us get it fixed, even though it was not their responsibility.
Their dedication, genuine care, and exceptional customer service turned a stressful situation into a memorable experience. It's rare to find a team that is so willing to help guests beyond the usual expectations.
I highly recommend High Garden Hotel to anyone looking for not only a great place to stay, but also outstanding hospitality from people who truly care about their guests.

No nos pareció en absoluto un hotel de 5 estrellas, hemos estado en hoteles de menor calidad y más baratos que fueron mucho mejores. En las fotos que ellos suben se veía todo genia, además de que es lo que se espera de un hotel de 5 estrellas, pero la habitación no estaba demasiado limpia,, las sábanas estaban lavadas pero tenían manchas, el baño estaba lleno de moho... Es completamente IMPOSIBLE bañarse, el agua no sé regula, o arde o está congelada, no fuimos capaces de ponerle una temperatura normal. El desayuno muy mediocre, además de que nos dijeron que empezaba a las 7:30, lo que nos venía genial porque teníamos que marchar a las 8:10 para coger el tren, fuimos puntuales y cuando llegamos no habían sacado nada, a las 7:50 marchamos del comedor y todavía estaban sacando comida, las tazas estaban sucias... el hotel estaba viejo y desgastado... Muy decepcionante, de los hoteles más caros que hemos escogido en el viaje y sin duda el peor de todos...
