El alojamiento en general estaba bien, los trabajadores del hotel muy amables y ayudaban con todo.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó fue lo siguiente, la ventana de la ducha estaba rota, no se podía cerrar y entraban bichos lo cual es normal al estar en una zona de muchos árboles y lluvia.
Luego, los huéspedes del piso de arriba hacían muchísimo ruido, pero nivel fiesta. Gritando, riendo, etc. Todo esto a las 02:00 de la mañana de un lunes. Se llama a la recepción en dos ocasiones y simplemente les llaman al teléfono, pero ellos continuaron y no hicieron más.
El agua de la piscina estaba turbia y fría.

Nice stay, just don’t come expecting 5 stars
Pros:

Comfy bed, tv in the room, sauna and the breakfast was nice. Friendly and accommodating staff too

Cons:

Despite having a 24 hour concierge, they fail to enforce any quite even late at night. We heard shouting at all hours. We moved rooms noticing that the first room wasn’t fully readied for us, second rooms shower was unwieldy and impossible to find comfortable temperature.

Unorganised chaos

Sheets had stains on.
Towels also had stains when eventually provided
The room had no towels/ bath mat/ toilet paper, we had to request them.
Very unorganised
At breakfast the hot water dispenser was not on, we informed them several times but they did not seem to acknowledge or sort it out. Ultimately they didn’t seem to take any responsibility or even apologise, that could be a cultural difference but we’ve stayed in 4/5 hotels now in Sri Lanka and we’ve been so impressed with our previous stays and hospitality. Seems like a problem from management rather than the general staff.

Loved our stay, highly recommend staying here
Pros:

The hotel room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The hotel reception guy was incredible, so welcoming and even very kindly saved us breakfast when we were out on a hike. So thoughtful and couldn’t recommend staying here enough 😊
