We were upgraded to the Presidential Suite! The staff was kind and welcoming. The location is very close to the airport, making it easy to catch our flight.

Cons:

While the room and furniture appeared to be high-end, the stay was unfortunately quite impractical. Despite having a large, well-equipped kitchen, there were no cooking essentials like pots, pans, knives, or forks. Additionally, the beautiful bathtub on the open balcony only had cold water.

Breakfast was not ready by 8:00 AM, and the food quality didn't match the photos online. If this was due to Ramadan, we would have appreciated being informed at check-in so we could manage our expectations. That said, a big thank you to the restaurant staff who worked hard to serve us while they were fasting.

Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing stay.

شكر خاص للاخت( مروى)على حسن الاستقبال والتي تعطي انطباع رائع عن الفندق
Pros:

أقمت في عدة فنادق على مستوى العالم، وكانت رائعة ولكن منذُ وصولي لفندق ADAM Hotel Suites ، حيث الفخامة وحسن الاستقبال والترحيب خصوصاً من الأخت (مروى) بارك الله فيها ، التي اعادت مفهوم الاستقبال والضيافة في الفنادق كونها تسعى جاهدة إلى الغاء جميع مايكدر صفو الساكن مما يجعله يشعر انه في منزله، لم يكن دورها مجرد إنهاء إجراءات الدخول، بل كانت حاضرًة بروحها الإيجابية وتعاونها الصادق، حيث تم ترقية الجناح للمستوى الأعلى وكانت إطلالة على البحيرة قمة في الخيال، هذا النوع من التعامل يعكس صورة مشرّفة للفندق ويترك انطباعًا لا يُنسى لدى الضيوف. كل الشكر والتقدير لكم، متمنين لكم دوام التوفيق والنجاح
