Important information:

Please note this property cannot charge credit cards in US dollars, only in Peruvian Soles. For this reason, the property cannot be held responsible for your bank's exchange rates at the moment of charge. Additionally, guests paying by credit card will be charged an additional fee of 5% or 7%, depending on the credit card type.

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit, which will be charged to the card on file. If the card information is incorrect or the payment is unsuccessful, the reservation may be canceled unless updated within 24 hours. Our rates are nonrefundable, and in some cases, it is possible to reschedule the stay, but this does not apply during high season. The VAT is 10% and can be exempted by presenting your passport at check-in.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Excelente alojamiento.
Pros:

Las instalaciones muy limpias, ubicación segura y el desayuno perfecto. Muy bueno que el check out sea a las 12:00.

Perfekter Ort zum entspannen
Pros:

Absolute Wohlfühloase! Die Zimmer sind wunderschön gestaltet, überall gibt es gemütliche Rückzugsorte zum Entspannen, und auch der Poolbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, und Vruno sowie das gesamte Team sorgen mit viel Aufmerksamkeit dafür, dass es an nichts fehlt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sogar zweimal verlängert, weil es uns so gut gefallen hat.

Otroligt trevliga dagar i Mancora
Pros:

Vi trivdes bra i området och hade nära till allt som behövdes. På boendet fanns allt man behövde! En otrolig frukost varje morgon, en bra pool och flera ställen att hänga på. Det var en bra känsla på hotellet, mellan gäster och personal. Vi rekommenderar verkligen detta boendet.

Pros:

Tuve una experiencia maravillosa en este hotel. Desde el momento en que llegué, el ambiente se sentía muy lindo, tranquilo y acogedor. Todo estaba muy bien cuidado y el lugar tiene una energía increíble. Además del ambiente,
destaco el trato del personal; todos fueron súper amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Se nota que se preocupan por los huéspedes y hacen que uno se sienta bienvenido en todo momento.
Definitivamente es un lugar al que volvería y que recomiendo a cualquiera que busque una estancia cómoda, con un ambiente bonito y un servicio excelente.

Pros:

Perfect place to stay in Máncora, Vruno is an amazing host and gives great recommendations for surfing lessons etc. Location is really brilliant, away from the busy main street but still a short walk from everything you need. The daily breakfast is fantastic and filling! Also the place is just beautiful. Gracais 🫶
