Cons:

The hotel self qualify as luxury. In fact all the material used has a high quality standards, great care to details, BUT
The design of the hotel has a lot of wooden grids and shelters, very nice aesthetically but that with the usually strong Greek winds , produce any type of whistles and hisses. The noise is so strong that we find almost impossible to sleep. Closing all windows reduce the noise and oblige you to stay with air conditioning on all the night. And still the noise was significant.
The room was rather small. It is true that on the web site it was stated that some rooms were 20 sqmt, but they are really small for a luxury hotel. Inside the room there was not even a chair or a small desk. They were available only in the terrace.
In the web site it is stated that there is a reception 24 hours a day, but most of the day there is only the bar personnel present.
When I needed to print a document, I was told that a lady should come with a printer, but in the afternoon another guy told me the has never been a printer on this site and that his colleague was crazy and started laugh loudly and that I should go to a nearby hotel to have my document printed.

We discovered on our arrival that this structure is a small activity connected with a large hotel in the town of Pigadia. This probable explain why we had a problem with our room that was not ready on our arrival. Someone let the previous guest to stay one day more, so we had had given a temporary accommodation for one day. Again this is not what it is expected from a luxury hotel.
The beach is very good, fine sand, clear water, BUT:
Sun beds and umbrella were placed in a way that is impossible to have any shadow before midday. Few meters from the beach there are almost 20 sun beds around swimming pools, but no umbrellas. Shadow is not an option in this hotel.
There is also a fantastic row of typical Greek tameris with wonderful shadow, but it is not possible to move sunbeds or even a chair in their shadow.

very nice Hotel in a beautiful location, just right to the small beach. High standard rooms, a bit too small, but terrace and swimming pool outstanding.

Cons:

I requested the invoice during my booking via booking.com, and after asking a few times being on place or sending messages and reminders, I haven't recieve the invoice for my stay. This is absolutely not acceptable and I don't recommend this place. I think this is just not ok.
As the place has no proper reception, the contact was difficult.
