Beautiful place but horrible experience
Pros:

Beautiful property with beautiful grounds with fruit trees and flowers and birds. The location is very good and very quiet.

Cons:

Been to this property about 5-6 times and this was the worst room that I have ever had. It seems like since it was booked thru booking,they gave me the worst room. The room was very small compared to previous reservations. The hot water was not working and after 45 minutes of fiddling, the hot water worked sporadically. At check-in when I found out that we had Rosario house, I requested the Alboreda house and was lied that it fully booked. During breakfast at alboreda , was told that only 1 room was being used, they have over 4 rooms in that house. In addition, I asked for the jacuzzi in the house and they tried to start it and it never worked during the 16 hours that we stayed. To top it off, at 7am this morning kids started screaming and running with 2 dogs. Horrible experience and service.

Pros:

Lieu magnifique, un peu à l’écart de la ville d’Armenia, au calme et dans la verdure

Cons:

Qualité de la nourriture offerte par le restaurant, autant pour le déjeuner que pour ce qui est offert à la carte (ma femme a été malade pendant plusieurs jours suite au passage dans le restaurant)

Pros:

La ubicación, las instalaciones, la atención, la comida, la piscina, el jacuzzi, el turco, los senderos para caminar, el lago, todo estaba muy bonito

Wonderful stay. If you have the time do the fruit tour. The farm has over a 100 different kinds.
Pros:

Beautiful and peaceful hotel

Cons:

Breakfast was included but we went there one early morning ( we were 8 people) and most of the traditional breads and fruit were gone. I guess they need to calculate better for all the guests.

The hotel is really, really beautiful, but the hot water and the shoetage of staff made it a bit awkward.
Pros:

It is a beautiful farm with big, beautiful and comfortable rooms.
The buildings are extraordinary the decorations are really out of this world.
Breakfast was plentiful and well prepared.

Cons:

The hot water system was deficient.
Even though the staff was wonderful, it was very understaffed.
The kitchen, understaffed, was not prepared to host for meals that wasn’t breakfast.

Las instalaciones hermosas mucha paz

Cons:

El desayuno debe ser más variado, todos los días ponen lo mismo. El agua caliente de las habitaciones fue intermitente, por lo que debe también el tema mejorar en la atención oportuna

Pros:

Hermoso lugar, personal muy amable, ubicación excelente.

Cons:

Recomendamos una mejor estrategia en el Bufet de desayuno para tenerlo siempre con buena temperatura y fresco en toda la franja. El último día fuimos a las 9:30 y ya todo estaba recogido, no pudimos desayunar.
