Pros:

Llegamos mucho antes de la hora del check in y como teníamos la habitación libre nos dejaron acceder a ella sin coste. El personal fue muy amable y el desayuno excelente con vistas.

Nichts für Leute, die Ruhe und Privatsphäre schätzen
Pros:

Ich durfte sehr früh nach der Ankunft des Nachtbusses einchecken. Das war extrem kulant. Der Fernbusbahnhof ist außerhalb, also war Taxi Pflicht, aber mit der Lage war ich dann hoch zufrieden. Auch das Zimmer war gut. Warum ich es trotzdem nicht mehr buchen würde, folgt im Anschluss.

Cons:

Ich hatte drei Nächte zur Höhenanpassung/Ruhe und habe mit allen Mitteln versucht, dass Reinigungspersonal am Zutritt zu hindern. Um 8:30 Uhr flog das erste Mal die von innen verschlossene Tür auf, ich lag noch im Bett. Draussen hing das mühsam bei der Rezeption beschaffte "No molestar" Schild. Mein kurzer Gang zum Mittagessen wurde dann genutzt, sich Zutritt zu verschaffen.
An beiden Tagen checkten Gäste zwischen 2 und 5 Uhr morgens geräuschvoll aus. Frühstücksbuffet war zum Start nicht fertig, Brot kam 15 min später. Man hat sowieso kaum die Chance, zu frühstücken, alle Touren starten früher. Man kann nur via Klingel ins Hotel, irgendwann war dann halt mal 30 min kein Zugang möglich, weil die Rezeption unbesetzt war.

Mir sind Privatsphäre und Ruhe sehr wichtig, beides gab es hier nicht.

Und das Badezimmerfenster ist unschliessbar, es war ziemlich frisch.

La recepción fue excelente al llegar a la habitación encontré una tarjeta dándome la bienvenida fue un bello gesto , habitación cómoda rico desayuno y bella vista y el personal muy agradable y educado

Ottima posizione e rapporto qualità/prezzo
Pros:

Ottima posizione per visitare a piedi il centro della città.
Bagno molto piccolo ma ho apprezzato tantissimo i prodotti per la doccia (buoni bagnoschiuma, shampoo e balsamo con grandi dispenser), l’acqua calda (mai scontata in Perù) e anche il fono.
Struttura dotata di ascensore.

Experiencia decepcionante. Al llegar me dieron una habitación distinta a la reservada por overbooking, sin haberme avisado previamente. Estaba junto al ascensor y la entrada de la cafetería, por lo que el ruido afectó mucho a mi descanso.
Al día siguiente tuve que volver a hacer las maletas y cambiar de habitación por un problema del propio hotel. Si lo hubiera sabido antes, habría elegido otro alojamiento. Además, el hotel no ofreció ninguna compensación ni gestionó adecuadamente la situación.
El desayuno se sirve en la terraza y hace frío a las 7:00 de la mañana, hay que ir con abrigo.

Check in - no staff available so we were stood on the street unable to get into the property for a while and we were calling and messaging through the platform and ringing the bell to no avail.

Το πρωινό στην ταράτσα με θέα την πόλη είναι φανταστικό. Τα δωμάτια είναι άνετα αν και όχι ιδιαίτερα ζεστά αλλά χωρίς να δημιουργεί πρόβλημα αυτό

Me parece una total falta de respeto que en medio de un viaje intercontinental te avisen el día antes que no tienes habitación y que busques otro sitio, cuando ya estaba de camino.
No lo recomiendo para nada, de pronto te puedes quedar tirado sin tener donde dormir habiendo reservado la habitación 3 meses antes
