Ok hotel, nice beach and location. Poorly managed
Pros:

Breakfast nice, location good but now 150m from the beach - more like 400.
Good swimming pools, indoor and outdoor. Some polite staff members.

Cons:

Staff was on the border of being useless.
Poorly managed and unorganized. This is the weakest point of the hotel.

We had air condition problems - unit being too loud making it hard to fall asleep and not cooling well enough. The issue was not addressed even though we contacted the reception 3 times.
The lobby was also not air conditioned.

Toilet seat looked dirty and yellow on the bottom - it should be cleaned or replaced.

Hotel wristbands were unusually sharp and can easily scratch you if you are not careful, especially when taking a shower. They should use rubber or fabric instead.

Parking was extremely unorganized. It took almost 30 minutes for valet to get my car. We parked our car in other place near the hotel instead.

The room lights should be relaxing 2700-3000K instead of 4000-6500k color.

There were a lot of other minor things that all point to the lack of accountability and the lack of organization.

Bonus info:
There was this guy who is some kind of restaurant coordinator. He made a scene of us taking a little bit of wine and made incorrect claims about the existence of hotel guest guide where it was specified that the wine was not included in our meal plan and that we must pay for it. For some reason he felt the need to say that he didn't have such problem in his 5 years in the hotel.
We informed him that no such information is written in the guest guide. He replied by saying that the content of that guide is actually not his responsibility.
Overall - very unprofessional, misinformed and unpleasant behavior.

יש פוטנציאל אדיר למלון קצת יותר השקעה בחדרים
Pros:

המלון קרוב לים , נוח , היינו עם רכב תמיד היה חניה . הלובי והכניסה מרשימים,

Cons:

חדרים קצת מיושנים לעומת הלובי ששופץ ונראה מעולה. הייתה לנו בעיה של מים חמים במשך יומיים מתוך ארבעה שהיינו.
בכל פעם שלחו טכנאי ונאלצנו לחכות.
הארוחת בוקר טעונה שיפור .

Pros:

Odlican hotel! Usluga prve Klasse! Ljubaznost osoblja na velikom nivou, posebno na recepciji Luka Lukic , svetski profesionalan .
Takodje izuetna Alma , Menadzer Hotela , neprevazidjena, koja nam je omogucila da se osecamo jako prijatno u hotelu Kao i u sobi koju smo dobile .

Pros:

Tüm güzel deneyimlerden önce, daha otele adım attığımız anda resepsiyon personelinin sıcakkanlı, güler yüzlü, genç ve son derece profesyonel yaklaşımı bizi çok etkiledi. Daha önceki deneyimlerime dayanarak söyleyebilirim ki, misafirlerini kapıda bu şekilde karşılayan işletmeler genellikle unutulmaz bir tatil deneyimi sunuyor ve burada da tam olarak bunu yaşadık.

Kahvaltı, her damak tadına hitap eden zengin çeşitlerden oluşuyordu. İçecek seçenekleri oldukça fazlaydı ve sunulan tüm yiyecekler son derece lezzetliydi. Kahvaltı saat 10.00'da sona ermesine rağmen 09.40'ta gittiğimizde bile tüm ürünler taptaze ve özenle hazırlanmıştı.

Odamın büyüklüğü karşısında gerçekten şaşırdım. Tek başıma konaklamama rağmen odada dört kişi rahatlıkla kalabilirdi; zaten dört kişilik olarak düzenlenmişti. Isıtma ve soğutma sistemleri sorunsuz çalışıyordu, banyosu oldukça konforluydu. Ayrıca odamda benim için hazırlanmış hoş geldiniz ikramları da bulunuyordu; bu ince düşünce bizi çok mutlu etti.

Sahile indiğinizde sizin için hazır bekleyen şezlonglardan rahatlıkla faydalanabiliyorsunuz. Beach restorandaki tüm çalışanlar da ilgili, samimi ve son derece sıcakkanlıydı. Misafir memnuniyeti için gösterdikleri özveri gerçekten takdire şayandı.

Bu güzel deneyimin oluşmasında emeği geçen tüm ekibe tek tek teşekkür ediyor, hepsine selamlarımı iletiyorum. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle.

מלון ברמה גבוהה חניה צמודה ללא תשלום חוף צמוד כסאות נוח ושמשיות הספא מעולה ארוחת בקר טובה.

Отличный отель для спокойного отдыха на берегу моря. При заселении нам дали шикарный номер с 2 спальнями,огромный по площади, с большой двухспальной кроватью и уютным диванчиком с видом как на бассейн, так и в сторону моря..В качестве комплимента была бутылка шампанского и фрукты-это было очень приятно Мы остались в восторге от номера, за что огромное спасибо персоналу.
Отель находится в 5 минутах пешком от моря, море чистейшее, лазурно бирюзовое, мы ипытали истинное удовольствие от купания в нем. Вечерами можно прогуляться вдоль моря по набережной, где расположены различные кафе и ресторанчики.
Еще хочется отметить,что отель новый, все чисто, современно и очень стильно.

Pros:

Это просто песня!!!дали номер лучше чем бронировали!Шампанское и фрукты в номере.вид из окна сногсшибательный!персонал отзывчивый,весёлый,вежливый.Хочу отметить Леонида(золотой парень!!!Администратор Алима -ответственная,вела меня все время моего проживания.Чистота в отеле идеальная!!!СПА -Бомбический!!!Меня ужином накормили в день заезда,бесплатно.Завтраки обычные,как и во всех странах и отелях в Европе.
