Cons:

אין מים חמים במקלחות .
כשהתלוננו על כך הסתבר כי הצוות מכיר את הבעיה ובגלל שהחדרים שלנו בסוף המסדרון לא מגיעים לשם מים חמים.
גם שביקשנו להחליף חדרים נענינו בשלילה.

Pros:

Прекрасный крытый бассейн, совсем не пахнет хлоркой. Хорошие сауна и хаммам. Вид из окна на горы, но все портила шумная установка под окном

Cons:

Балкона практически нет, французский балкон. Под окном, чуть сбоку на крыше пристройки постоянно гудел агрегат, скорее всего внешний блок системы кондиционирования. Закрытые окна не помогали, казалось, что под окном трактор работает круглосуточно. Не во всех комнатах, конечно, окна так расположены, нам не повезло

Odlican hotel,cist i uredan,sobe su izuzetno komforne, plaza je lepa,mesavina peska i finih kamencica,1 min hoda od hotela,bar na plazi jako dobar,lezaljke su udobne. Hrana je raznovrsna i ukusna pa ako se odlucite za hotelski restoran sigurno necete pogresiti.Cene su sasvim pristojne.Javni prevoz staje na glavnoj ulici ispred hotela i njime ste za 1,5€ i 5 min u centru Budve ,nemate potrebe za autom.Personal profesionalan i izuzetno ljubazan!!! Zelela bih to da naglasim jer sam procitala drugacije Kommentare, osoblje je izuzetno od recepcije do dama koje odrzavaju sobe a posebno osoblje restorana,hvala najlepse,nama je bilo divno i eto cele porodice letos opet kod Vas.

Cons:

Spa centari stoji gostima hotela na raspolaganju(,bazen i sauna) dok se drugi sadrzaji doplacuju. Dama na prijemu izuzetno ljubazna.Spa je mali ali cist i mogao bi biti prijatan...
Na zalost,od jednog od gospodina koji se bavi hamamom tretirani smo ni malo ljubazno i povisenim tonom ....ukoliko ste gost hotela ali ne i njegova musterija ne ocekujte previse. (ako sam ispravno razumela hamamom se bavi externa firma)
Hotelu bez obzira na to cista 10ka,za osnovnu kulturu u komunikaciji smo sami odgovorni.

Pros:

Hotel na izvanrednom mestu. Sve je bilo odlično. Najvise bih pohvalio OSOBLJE od recepcije, preko restorana do pomocnog osoblja(sobarice, cistacice i decko na parkingu) svi su bili TOP, TOP, TOP I bez njih taj objekat ne bi bi to sto jeste!!!!!

Cons:

Ništa Sve je bilo izvanredno!!!

В целом гостеприимный персонал, современные светлые номера, чисто, приятная зона лобби и внешнего бассейна.

Cons:

Выбор подушек отсутствует, в номере нет кофе-машины. Работники в СПА зоне - немного бестолковые, сидят двое мужчин - а подсказать что и как нормально не могут. Ну это это мелочи, вернёмся в Тару снова.
