Pros:

Tijdens ons verblijf in Nurwara Eliya verbleven we drie nachten met ons gezin in Queens Lake Cabin. We hadden een split-level kamer wat ideaal was als familiekamer. Er is een uitgebreid ontbijt. Het personeel is heel kindvriendelijk en heeft ons steeds goed geholpen met tripjes en transport. Ze hebben er zelfs voor gezorgd dat een deel van onze vergeten bagage naar ons volgende hotel is gebracht. Veel dank aan alle medewerkers van Queens Lake Cabin!

Cons:

Tijdens ons verblijf werd er gebouwd aan een naastgelegen hotel, dat gaf wat overlast.

Great location
Pros:

Lovely helpful staff.
Went out on our first night and staff were waiting for us with a hot water bottle when we got back.
Clean comfortable beds.
Good breakfast in the morning.
Great location next to Gregorys Lake.

Pleasant place and people but unpleasant policy of the Hotel

The Staff was courteous and the Location is also nice and room size is also great.

Cons:

Did not like the Dinner preparation (Indian Vegetarian) which is also Limited and though the payment was secured, they asked for upfront payment on checking in. They also tried to charge for water bottles separately with Complimentary Break fast and Prepaid Dinner. The Lights were switched off in the middle of the night and we had wake up the staff to switch on the electricity. More lights also required in the rooms

Not worth the money. I do not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The WiFi was temperamental. The lake view was obstructed by a newly constructed house. The breakfast was poor. Not worth the money.

Pros:

The location was great and the staff couldn't do enough for you and very helpful.
The food on the set menu was very good value and very well presented.

Cons:

The room was cold and the hotel was unfortunately a little tied and could do with some investment. Would be good to have a fridge.
