Otelciliğin kalitesinin her yolunda gittiğinde değil, sorun çıktığında müşteriye nasıl davranıldığı ve yardımcı olunduğu ile alakalı olduğunu çok iyi anladığımız bir deneyim yaşadık. Bu deneyimde pozitif yaklaşımlarından dolayı başta Etap Bulvar Hotel Müdürüne ve çalışanlarına teşekkür ederiz. Hoteli temizlik, çevre dükkanlara uzaklık ve kahvaltı bakımından müşteriye istenenleri sağlayacak düzeyde olduğu kanaatindeyiz.

Large room though could have done with a chair. Small bin which wasn't emptied during my two night stay. Good breakfast. Good location near to Kizilay restaurants and metro.

Great all round!
Pros:

Great location to shops, cafes, bars, transport and lovely bookstalls right outside. Quiet. Really lovely staff. Lovely room. A nice continental buffet breakfast. All for a great price. Very happy with my one week stay.

İş için iyi bir şehir oteli konumu ve personel davranışı iyi. Temizlik iyi. Konumu merkezi olduğu için dışarıdan bir miktar gürültü geliyor ama gece genelde sessiz. Bir sonraki konaklama ihtiyacımda da tercih ederim.
