Pros:

Wine and resturant are very good. I suggest to ask the possibility to visit the wine factory. It is amazing experience.

Fantastic Oasis
Pros:

what an oasis!! beautiful rooms and fantastic food.... and all so tastefully done! ...

Cons:

its tricky to find! the directions and google maps takes you into a maze of narrow bad roads ... and upset we missed reading about the opportunity for a wine tasting session... could be better advertised

Die Lage, die gute Küche!

Cons:

Ich war bereits in 2025 zu Besuch und damals zu 100% begeistert.
Diesmal: Deluxe Room, angeblich, jedoch ohne Safe und TV
Personal wische den Boden der Frühstücksterrasse während der Frühstückszeit. Erst meine massive Androhung sofort das Management von diesem Vorfall zu informieren , beendete den Putzversuch!
Warmer Weißwein: zum Lunch wurde zweimal der Versuch unternommen, uns schlecht gekühlten Weißwein zu servieren. Mit einer Selbstverständlichkeit, die für ein professionell geführtes und auf Wein spezialisiertes Haus, unvorstellbar ist!
So wird es wohl mein letzter Besuch hier gewesen sein, denn schlechten Service kann ich überall bekommen - nur deutlich billiger!!!

Welcoming and comfortable haven.
Pros:

Comfy bed with local wines on offer. Very accommodating despite a Christmas Day arrival.

Cons:

They seemed under prepared when we arrived for breakfast. Nothing was laid out.

Very pleasant
Pros:

Nice quiet location. Superior room was very large and comfortable. Swimming pool in quiet area of hotel grounds. Nice gardens and flowers!

Reception staff named Glory deserves a huge Thank You for being so caring and attentive and always helpful.

Cons:

Superior/ executive rooms seem to cater to only one person. Extra towels and cups and water glasses needed for a couple.

Service in the dining room was poor. Ability to communicate with staff was difficult.
Buffet breakfast simple but adequate. Would suggest fresh bread daily!!

Tasteful decor, delicious food & lovely garden
Pros:

The place is tastefully decorated and comfortable. The restaurant is fantastic- delicious food, good wine and good service, with a beautiful garden setting. The Manager Andrew was very engaging and friendly.

Cons:

Though it didn’t disturb me much, some guests may be affected by the noise from passing SGR trains and external diners.

Séjour agréable. Chambre spacieuse dans un environnement verdoyant.
Pros:

Personnel attentionné et disponible. Chambre spacieuse entourée d'un jardin verdoyant. Bon petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

L'endroit est un peu à l'écart de tout. Si on n'a pas de voiture, il faut parcourir des pistes poussiéreuses à pied ou en moto-taxi. Coupures d'électricité très fréquentes.

The place is great, and I got so used to being around the compound that I almost knew everyone there. The staff were very friendly, generous, and accommodating. I truly appreciated their hospitality and understanding, especially after I faced some payment issues.

The property is awsome for a 3 days stay, with lots of space in the chosen room and the type of accomodation not being a high-rise building.

Cons:

Would expect to have less noisy AC and would love to see in a next visit the shower being served by a solar water heater.
