La amabilidad de los chicos durante mi estancia en principalmente Mazen muy amable y empatico y sobre todo te ayuda en cualquier cosa que tengas dudas y pues las habitaciones de calidad y el precio está demasiado considerado muy excelente atención el desayuno muy delicioso típico y tradicional el hotel está bien céntrico de la ciudad cerca de las pirámides
The staff were incredibly kind and empathetic during my stay, especially Mazen, who was very helpful and helpful with any questions I had. The rooms were high quality and the price was very reasonable. The service was excellent, the breakfast was delicious and typical, and the hotel is centrally located near the pyramids.

Perfect. I want to thank Ahmet so much, he made my stay wonderful. He kept in touch with me and answered all my questions. He provided the transfer from the airport to his hotel. The room had everything you need. The view from the rooftop was perfect and the breakfast was sufficient. The room was also very clean. Mille thanks

The view from tge roof of the hotel is super.
It looked just as in the photos I went for studio room with pyramids view , it had a hot tub in the room and was a nice touch all the staff is really friendly and nice and the manager so kind and made my stay a delight
No one told me where to go for breakfast until the last 2 days of my stay . During the whole stay the TVs was not working in both rooms

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect – the rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff were very welcoming and professional. Geht 2 min hoch macht die benutzen betten zu und sagt bitte euer Raum ist fertig
Sind in ein anderes Hotel gegangen und haben unser Geld nicht erhalten

I don’t understand how the property is rated high in booking. The room is not as in the pic. Bed uncomfortable, cover dirty and I do not want to mention the bathroom.
They said that they would prepare the breakfast early in the morning as we were leaving very early,never happen. The receptionist didn’t know anything and wanted us to pay again as pay when we did the check in.
As far as I know, the second floor doesn't have any heating during winter.
very clean place with a friendly and helpful owner! the view of the pyramids is beautiful, breakfast yummy and everyone was very nice to me. Also shampoo and soap there which is a plus!

The area may be a little noisy at night because of the transit of hourse
amazing warm place to stay in Giza. I didnt like giza but always felt so good coming back to the guesthouse. lovely staff and hospitality. stay here!
